The sales guy measured wrong, the installer cut a piece wrong, resulting in a day's delay, when I was quoted one day, barring acts of God. When I called Eric to voice my concern, his first response was not to recognize my frustration nor even empathize. instead, the first words he mentioned were about his bottom line being affected due to the errors. I don't care. That's not my problem. My problem was the delay and inconvenience. he wound up apologizing at the very end of hot-air laced diatribe.

Crew chief kept me informed of what they were doing and if any adjustments were needed Cory let me know what my choices were and we continued from there. Ody and the rest of the crew did an excellent job. Cleanup was excellent.

The price is out of reach for most people

Change dirty gloves used to pull down the existing filthy gutters and downspouts before handling the new white Leafguard gutters and downspouts. Now all my brand new gutters, downspouts, and white painted trim on my house have black marks all over them that will not simply wash off with rain. A major selling point was the lifetime finish that need not be painted. The guarantee did not include a dirty installation.
