It's too early to know whether or not they work as was told to me by the seller; however, the gutters appear to be of good quality.

Since they did not replace several boards that we paid for we have not been reimbursed yet. The water gushed over 3 of the 6 down spouts during both heavy and light rains we have had since the project was finished. Even though it looked nice we are really disappointed with its performance and fell like we have made a very expensive mistake.

It rained hard today! No waterfalls over our gutters as was typical with our old gutters.

Well I can't seem to contact anyone about a problem with the gutters. I was told that debris would enter the guttering but that has turned out to not be completely true. I don't seem to have a way to reach out and get assistance or at least a discussion on what can be done about the problem

I thought I was going to get more information on the vacation discounts. Never received copy of the signed contract and copies of my old gutter pictures.

It would be a 10, but I’m still trying to get the stretch of existing LeafGuard gutter they promised to clean and move the downspout installed where I told them we were installing a rain chain and I can’t seem to get them to come back.

My brand new roof had nice straight lines and after the leafguard was placed, it looks terrible Lenin places.

I love the product. However the promotions they promised weren’t given out! I called 4 times and talked to 4 different people about my Home Depot or Lowe’s gift card and every one of them promised to take care of it. No one did. Here I am months later and still waiting. I cannot recommend someone who doesn’t follow through with promises.

The install should have been one day. It has been over a kk th and still not complete. The members of management do not keep their word and crews do not show up
