I feel like we was pressured by the salesman without being able to review customer service. When I talk team arrives they could not do the back porch but salesman didn't know. Had to pay another company to do the back porch. My main issue is Installation was completed the next day but we cannot resolve an issue with water run over immediately. I feel for $15,000 and immediate installation but delayed repairs is disappointing.

The reason I didn’t give you a 10 for the recommendation part is because I feel it’s a pretty pricey deal quality is excellent. The installation was excellent, but I still feel it’s a little pricey, especially for this ****. I’mmmm

Sales rep was knowledgeable and pointed out where there might be water overrun - from the roof valleys. First installation team explained what they were doing and why. Second installation team just put it up and I had questions about why it was this way or that way. They answered my questions. One section has almost no horizontal perforated upper protruding beyond the shingles. Sure enough the overrun was substantial. I contacted sales rep on June 10 and sent a photo. He said he’d communicate that to production manager. After not hearing from anyone, I contacted him again on June 23. Quickly the production manager called and we talked. That section needs a splash guard and they would install one. It is now July 29 and nothing has happened.

I am unhappy because the estimate included a metal garage, which couldn't be done. The cost adjustment wasn't as good as I would have liked, but didn't know until the end. It is summer and I havent seen the gutters work yet. Perhaps I'll be happier then.

Original work was timely, however, not completed. Been waiting fivw weeks and no one has honored their scheduled service appointments. So far at least six appointments with no one showing up or having the courtesy to phone.

I was told to report any problems after installation as soon as possible. I did, three weeks ago, I reported a leak, and still nobody has come out to check the problem. Makes me feel that once the deal was approved and installed, that's all that mattered.Ya'll were done

You did not disappoint. It has not been raining since the installation and while it looks attractive, it is premature for me to judge its functioning.

Leafguard has a patented system that really works as advertised. It is also extremely high priced. Know that should you ever need to have your gutters repaired for storm damage, you will be at Leafguard's mercy for parts and service. I found them to be a luxury priced product with extremely disinterested post installation service and support.
