The product seems wonderful, but the people I spoke with were less than stellar.
Had many problems with communication.
Most people I know would not pay the price.
We have only had LeafGuard gutter system for two seasons--summer and fall. So far, we are satisfied with the system. We are likely to recommend the system, but will observe how the system performs through the winter and spring seasons.
We paid over $11,000, and we have had the technicians come out at least 5 times. We have called the district/regional manager, and we still have gutters that pour water. We have water directly going by the foundation.
LeafGuard of Pittsburg was very nice and took time to actually explain everything to me which I appreciated. Additionally, the team of people who came to install the gutters, they were very pleasant. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I was very lucky
LeafGuard of Seattle did a great job, because of this I recommended them to two of my other neighbors, one of my neighbors has already got his project done and the other one is in the works.
They were very good, but it took so long to get it done.
They did a great job on my gutters, that's all I can say!
LeafGuard of Northern Georgia did a good job on my project, they were very professional, and worked in a timely manner.
The job was done very good, left no mess for me to clean up
The new downspouts are extremely noisy. They seem to be made of a lighter weight metal than they were approximately 11 years ago when we had them installed on a previous home and that is why we had no hesitation in getting them again.
If they would’ve did a better job I will
No more over flow. No water getting into garage.
I felt they explained everything thoroughly and did a professional job.
They damaged my shingles and I had to threaten to turn them in to the Better Business Bureau to get it handled. It was very frustrating. The salesmen wouldn't return my phone calls. I would call in, be put on hold, I waited, and then it would disconnect. I bet I did that a half a dozen times. It's very frustrating to not get a live body on the other end of the phone call. It can't be that busy.
I think it improves the looks of my house with the problem I had. I don't think I'll have any problems for a long time. I'm satisfied with LeafGuard.
LeafGuard Was very informative and very easy to work with.
Professionally done and excellent results.
The crew were very agreeable, accommodating, and did a great job.
I was impressed with the work. It was done very quickly. Then they cleaned up after they were done.
They had excellent costumer service but the gutters are noisy and they drip.
My parents had the same gutters for over 20 years and they're great so I got them too.
They're a little pricey. On the installation, they used a brown flashing and it doesn't match the gutter color. They work great, but there were some things I wasn't happy about and it doesn't sound like they were willing to do anything about it.
They do quality work, they worked efficiently, they were fast, and I'm very well pleased with their work.
GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the oppurtunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Englert LeafGuard as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
