Leafguard is a good company, and they do good work. They are just way too expensive.
My job was $45,000,00. Everything Leaf Guard offered was good and seemed to be a big, beautiful agreement. However, we moved forward with the project in an hour, and I didn't have a chance to really read. I trusted that the salesperson was going to do everything he promised. Come to find out, they did such a terrible and awful job that I took pictures to show what type of work they did. I wasn't happy and asked the financial institution where I got the loan not to release the payment until they fixed it. They came but did not fix it 100% to my satisfaction. They made some changes, but they didn't finish the work. I asked them to cancel it because I didn't want any more trouble and had been frustrated for over a month. I needed to move on with my life. They offered me a discount of $2,500.00, but they sent a check instead of subtracting it from the total. Also, after I was promised an 18-month promotion, I have a standard loan now asking me for the first payment of $250. Half of it went to the interested, and half went to the principal. I'm currently working with the loan company to see if I can get the attention of Leaf Guard because they are not answering me. They are very dishonest people. Nobody wants to pay attention. I have called everybody to ask for help, including leafguard.com. Nobody answers.
The salesperson was very convincing and lowered the price from $45,000.00 to $25,000.00. Nothing they did seemed right, and it was not clear. If you’re going to do business, do it the right way. They sent me a check instead of adjusting the loan amount. They gave me a business check for $2,236.00. I don’t understand why they did it that way. Now, I’m paying interest on that $2,236.00.
Crew left carport drip flashing incomplete
Downspout replacement entailed minor cosmetic damage to all siding areas under downspout
The only negative is the expense.
The job was professional. I am happy with the product.
The price was too high for the work completed.
When we committed to Leadguard we did not know they were in the process of merging with another company. Shortly after we committed the Representative that came to our home either left the company or was let go. We felt we were in limbo with questions we needed answered. We never received a confirmation detailing the complete job. We had issues regarding the monthly statement.
The salesman was great and knowledgeable. The installers were very knowledgeable.
The salesman was helpful in working with our budget, as was his supervisor. The fellas that installed did an excellent job and kept me involved whenever a question arose. I was happily impressed by everyone we worked with and the completed job.
The salesperson, Dave, knew so much about the gutters and different styles. He educated me very well. The crew was very professional and fast.
Quality product, excellent installers
My experience with LeafGaurd was good. The team was on time. They completed the job and cleaned up. They do need to bring another gutter piece for our front yard, but they haven't completed that yet. It is a downspout, I believe.
Overcharged me. I did not like the way the gutters looked and wanted them changed. I purchased rain chains which you put up. However, refuse to give me any refund on what I paid for that I didn’t use that was up then less than a week. It made the aesthetics of my home absolutely horrible. Which the sales guy rudely told me, well that’s just your opinion. I believe my opinion counts since I own the home and I’m paying for these overpriced gutters. I have a very small home 1100 ft.² and think it’s ridiculous that I paid $13,000 for Gutters, some of which had to be removed because it looked absolutely horrible on my home. The only thing that leaf guard was willing to refund me were for two splash guards that they knew I wasn’t using because they left them on my property and not underneath the gutter spouts. I am very dissatisfied with leaf guard! Of course, you all charge people before you do the work so if you don’t like it, you’re stuck with the price. Lesson learned there! I will be leaving reviews accordingly when I get a chance. Had a family medical emergency and I’m just getting a chance to deal with this.
You are very professional in this task of our guttering.
Leafguard simplified the process, they explained everything in detailed, and I didn't have any problems with them answering all of my questions. It was a very seamless process.
I would highly recommend LeafGard of Indiana
I bought Leafguard because, as an older person, I don't want to have to ever worry about clogged gutters. Leafguard has a lifetime guarantee that they won't, but if they do, they will come to clear gutter blockages.
Great to work with, just very pricey. Not everyone could afford these.
I have already done a Google Review.
The work they did was wonderful.
There were a few areas that needed attention on the roof.
I just liked it. They were clean.
After I shopped around. I could have got the same quality cheaper.
The initial person that did the estimate. He educated us. They have been in business since 1966. Their guarantees mean something. They have modified their gutters and size. I felt confident in using them. They gave us some numbers to ask folks about their experience with the company.
I am very likely to recommend them.
