I compared different companies and even though Leafguard was a bit more costly, I thought the lifetime guarantee and support they offered for free repairs and adjustments was a major plus.
Change these ugly black drain gutters! They look like sewer drains to me. I was not told something like that was going on from the gutters. Plain white gutters extending out would have looked so much better and would have pleased me. Someone should have told me or asked me!! Can you change these drains I have not been able to figure out where to ask to get these changed. Why did no one tell me about the difference in these ugly things going on. Please change them at no cost to me since I didn't get a chance to select them.
Leafguard came and did really good work. I was very satisfied. They had good material. They cleaned up everything and did a well-done job.
Besides leaving the area a mess after I had been reassured that it would be spotless, I’ve had an issue with water splashing over the front porch gutter. Trying to get someone to return my call is not easy. When they did come out they fiddled with it a few minutes and said they really couldn’t tell until it rained if it was fixed. It is not. Then I had storm damage. Again trying to get someone to return a call is horrible. Finally someone told me they’d file it as a complaint and I got a call. Troy Walters came out and assessed the situation and provided an estimate for my insurance company. He was very nice and professional. Said he’d have the front porch gutter addressed as well. I received the insurance check on July 8. On July 9, I contacted Troy letting him know I had the check and was ready for the work to be done. He let me know that Jeramie Scott would be contacting me soon to schedule the work. On Monday, July 21, I texted Troy stating that I had not heard from Jeramie. No response. Lack of communication and customer service is not acceptable for a company that handles a product as expensive as LeafGuard. It has now been 2 weeks and the work has not been scheduled and I have heard nothing.
I would like for Leafguard to complete their contract. They did not uphold their own contract.
We had to get a lawyer to get Leafguard to come back and correct the problem. They won't answer any phone call, email or text, and would not even call us back. The water was coming down and messing up my foundation. They also disrespected me and my wife and our home. The only way we could get to them is by getting a lawyer, and I'm very disappointed with the seller and the production manager. The management was terrible, and I wouldn't recommend them. I want to put a big sign up saying to not buy anything from Leafguard, but my wife said not to do that. We suffered because they wouldn't answer our calls, and that made me mad. I never experienced that in my life, and I only have had to pay with credit card, but with this one I paid cash check. After that, in about four to five days, the rain started coming down, coming down, and it wasn't working like it's supposed to. It's messing with the AC back there, and it's a mess. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone to do anything.
Used product before on another home
When someone calls for service it should happen ASAP and not wait days to come.
We really feel that the design and implementation of the system is top notch.
I order it one day and they were here the next day. It worked out really well.
The reason I am given a 2-star rating is that I tried to call them back about making some changes and damage done during installation, and now I can't get anyone to return my calls.
They were very prompt and did a timely installation.
They are not the cheapest solution, but by far the best, most complete solution.
The only thing I'm sad about is that I didn't bite the bullet and get the garage done as well as my house.
What I noticed is that they replaced my gutters with bigger and stronger ones. They are going to last a long time compared to the ones I had with the weather.

I would not recommend them to a friend because the product is okay, but the price is too much. The price was four times more than it should've been.

Inform all your constituents about all factors regarding the sales of Leafguard. Your salesmen and your field supervisors need to be informed about what your ads declare, so they can answer questions for the customer. Also, complete the job when you say you will complete it.

They can out and did what they said they would do and if there were any issues they talked to us about it. We had a problem with one gutter on the front of the house, and they kept coming back until the issue was fixed. We are happy with the gutters, and I have no more gutter cleaning to do.
