Most of this work was done while I was out of town for Christmas. I've never known a company that actually shows up every day when they're supposed to and does the work. These guys were here every day working and got it done. I was very stressed about it being done while I was out of town. I was very impressed. They showed up in the morning like they were supposed to, did everything they were supposed to, cleaned up, and came back the next day. It was amazing.

The work itself was good. Communication with the company and their internal communication about requests, questions, and/or scheduling were remarkably BAD. I had to make requests repeatedly and was assured they’d be handled only to have the same problems crop up again and again. Their scheduling department had to make multiple repeated calls to me and were unable to answer simple questions, or they gave me the wrong information and later backpedaled.
Elor Sales people showed up twice during the project, unannounced, both times claiming they “had an appointment” with the homeowner (nope!) and tried to upsell additional services. Ugh!!!

The work was done very quickly. All of my questions were answered during the process, and they cleaned up the area very well.

If someone asks me I will gladly tell them. ELOR told me they’d put a sign up while they were working but never did, I was asked to do an ad in the beginning, which no one mentioned again after Clarence, the salesman! Perhaps after I called the first day to report one of the crew for urinating on my husband’s shed, they knew I wouldn’t be too keen!? After I gave them full access to a bathroom, they never did that again (at least that I know of)!

Do your price comparison prior to having salespeople out. In order to get fair price, decision needs to be done that day.

After having to deal with a leaky roof for months Elor's team was exactly what I needed to keep from losing my mind. The removal of the old roof, removal and reinstallation of the solar panels, and installation of the new roof was efficient, quick, and tidy. Each day they would conduct a cleanup so as not to leave trash and other things around, on the final inspection they even removed some debris that a previous contractor had left over a patio connected to the roof. I was even surprised when the project finished earlier than expected. There was no argument or issue when during the final inspection I noted something that could be corrected on the final walkthrough, he just corrected it how I asked. I can not recommend Elor more.

They have a lot of home services. Going to get a quote from them on a roof job for another home.

The actual painters were outstanding, but the sales representative needs to improve a lot with representing the company. A few things were mentioned but not provided at the end. I was supposed to have two certificates of warranty that I didn't get, one from Elor and one from the paint company.

Elor Energy is a great company. If I have any other projects, I plan on going to them first.

I like the way they cleaned things, how it ended up, and how sincere they were. I have a complaint that has nothing to do with the glass. The glass looks nice and as it should.
