ELO Roofing is an excellent company to work with. They did amazing work as a team. The quality of the roof that they put on was absolutely wonderful. They did a stronger underlay, and for the roofing they tacked it down with thick nails so it was more hurricane proof. They didn't put the cheapest shingles on either. They put good quality shingles on.

Overall, they were very disorganized and it was hard to conduct business between the office and the constructors.

Horrible service. They gave me illegals that did not know what they were doing and they had to come back 4 times to fix my roof.

I will recommend ELO Restoration to do any roofing job. They were timely, cleaned up as they went and were done in one days time.

ELO Restoration was easy to work with and was fast.

It took ELO Restoration a really long time to do my roof and get it completed. The guy who sold me the roof sucked. I could not reach him after he sold it to me. Lynn was really strong in getting it all done for me. It took me a long time to get the photos and certificate of completion. The job cost me an additional $4,000. They did not even have to replace any wood.

I would reccomend that if they stop by or call them and the person is visiting that they listen to their presentation because they absolutely do stick by what they promise.

The roof was great. However, the wood they were to replace, I do not feel they did a good job of that. A roofing company usually replaces that, and it should have been taken care of. Now, I have siding that needs to be replaced, when ELO could have done it. I know need another roofing company to come out and do that.

The quality of the product was excellent but the business handling was horrible.
