Very efficient

Elliot Roofing's crew did a good job. I am especially impressed with the guys who came and did the work. The team work was really good and they accomplished the job in a short period of time and they got it done very well.

I like the work. I am a happy camper. I paid in full, and I like the roof so far; there are no leaks anywhere I can see.

I have a great deal of confidence with the integrity of their work being good. They got it done and so far, the roof itself, has been fine. They left and took my furniture off of the patio so that they did not damage it, but they did nto put stuff back. It is still sitting in the backyard, in the grass. The lawnmower service will not mow with things in the grass. It has been two weeks since they move it out there and have not come back to replace it. They left my three garage dump things half way between the house and the curb to get them out from under there, where the debris would be coming from. I had to have another person come and move it. They are coming out again to move them to their proper places. They also did not replace the satellite dish properly and I had to have the satellite company come out and redo it. They are having to come out again to do it because something wasn't right the first time. It has been two weeks not that the service repair was done. It seems insignificant, and would have been 20 years ago. I am now 91 years old, I live here alone, I can't walk, I sit and look at those things, knowing that physically I am unable to go out and do simple chores that they neglected to do when they were here. The people were courteous and knowledgeable. I did not have a problem with the price. Other than those little things that should be meaningless, are blown up to extremes because of my age and inability to move and correct them myself. 10 years ago, I could walk, and it would not have been a problem, but now they are big things. Overall, I would call them again. I don't know if I would recommend them, as I am very stingy on recommending things to people about services. If it were my house, i would use them again, yes. However, I would be very specific when they came back to pick up the check and let them know that those things needed to be corrected because I am physically unable to do that. I don't know if another company could have done a better job on what I needed. It is just the small things that needed to be taken care of that I can't do myself since I am restricted to my recliner and TV set.

I had a good roof repair experience through the whole process from estimate to final inspection. The only issue was that I was not being informed that there was a change in personnel at Elliott and my project contact, (Drew) was no longer my contact.
Everyone understands that personnel changes happen, but it would be good for your customer to be informed when it does happen. Total roof repairs are a fairly stressful experience. For the customer this only happens occasionally, the expense is large and there are a lot of moving parts. The customer should not be the last to know.
