The communication could be better. They showed up a couple rimes without telling us, and things had to be rescheduled.

Chris Harris, our representative with Elite Restoration, was excellent. He was very thorough, and went over everything with us. There was no pressure. Once the work was completed, he came back out and did a walk around and looked everything over. We were well satisfied with him and the company.

The guys came in and helped remove and clean out a bunch of water damage.

I appreciate Elite Restoration for getting my bathroom back beautiful and in a timely manner, thanks so much!

They did good work and I have nothing bad to say about them.

Their communication was fantastic. Chris, he was communicative when I had a question or an issue. He would explain details to me in a way I could understand it, and I did appreciate that. They came when they said they would, and they were efficient, informative, and the work was fantastic. I am happy with everything and I would highly recommend them.

Elite Restoration used Hispanics. Half of them could not speak English. We had trouble getting them to understand the things we needed them to do. I had to call Chris to let him know. There were six people and only two of them knew English. This made it diffcult.

They were really good. Chris Harris was really nice!

I would absolutely recommend Elite Restoration. From the General Manager to each of the specialized teams that have been part of this process, everyone has been professional, courteous, polite and thoughtful.

The worst company I have ever dealt with in my life, the worst experience I have ever had. Jordan, the Assistant Manager was a good guy and tried to help us but he just didn't have anything to work with. The workers are inexperienced, it was a total failure.

This was a terrible experience. We had bought a home built in the early 1900s that was completely remodeled when we moved in. We had water damage from a sink supply line coming undone 3 months after moving into our house. The quality of work that was done by Elite Restoration was awful. Boards hung on posts were not square, drywall was not sanded down properly, a brand new vanity that was installed was scratch, wood was painted that was not originally (No one took pictures before they started ripping things out so they didn't know how to replace items). We ended up having 3 different people run our job. The third guy did our floors and a few small things and his work was great but the work done under Elites watch was subpar at best. A job that was originally suppose to take a week took 3 months and not because extra work had to be done. Working with Elite was a horrible experience for our family!

They did a really good job. They did it on time. There was a miscoordination between us, but they did a real good job of getting it back on time. It was more on me than them.

I am satisfied! They were prompt, courteous and did everything that I asked!

Elite Restoration is a very good company and easy to work with. If I had any issues what so ever, and there was not many, about what was being done they would listen to what I had to say and make it right or explain to me why it was done the way they had done it. I highly recommend Elite to anyone and everyone.

This company responded within a 4 hr. time frame to remove the water from my basement. but since that day it has been my husband or I calling to see when they would be here. They would tell us a day and time and never show up or give us a call. I'm very dissatisfied and will let my insurance company know to never send them to my home again. On one particular day they wasn't supposed to be at my home, and when I got out of the shower painters was standing in my house. They just came in it scared me to death. It has been 3 months and it still isn't finished.

They were courteous, and finished the job quickly, but I asked them if they would lay the new flooring down. They said yes. Then when I contacted them to get an estimate (which I tried several times) they never contacted me back. So I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

Didn't explain the process well. Schedule was posted at begining then was not able to access after we questioned things mid-way. Was rude when we asking questions or had concerns. Wouldn't recommend the company apon our experience.

After thinking I lost EVERYTHING in an apartment fire I was pleasantly surprised when I received 95% of my belongings back and nothing was damaged.
