I was lied to. The work was subcontracted without my knowledge. They put in my carpet and my floors before building the walls!

Element Response Team is the worst vendor of any kind that I have ever dealt with. They were highly adversarial and kept on insisting on trying to do things to my home of which I did not approve. Even after I said no to certain proposals, they would make the same proposal the next day. I felt like they were not interested at all in my needs or interests.
