Additional Comments / Overall Experience - I had a random pattern in the tile. I laid the tile out on the garage floor I wanted them installed and they followed that design. They are installers, not designers, Had I not done that, I don’t know if I wouldn’t have liked the outcome, so words of wisdom, lay things out yourself. ( if your tile is all one color, obviously this won’t matter. ).

We felt like we were getting a good deal. He really did a good job, and he was the one who kept us informed most of the time. He was exceptional.

Areas For Improvement - EGM Construction did not fall short of my expectations. They got it done faster than what we expected. They gave us dates when certain things would be done, and everything was done well within those ranges. The shower is beautiful.

My project was redoing two showers taken out the old, fiberglass showers and tubs replacing with porcelain tile

Problem Resolution - One minor issue came up and one of the tile setters noticed it. The tile company that I purchased the tile from sent the wrong color, grout, and before the tile setter installed the grout he came and got me and asked me if that was the right color and it wasn’t .he could’ve very easily just put the grout in, but he sharp enough, and experiencing enough to know that it didn’t match up.

Value - Since I received four bids, I’m convinced I got great value for my money. Egm had a very competitive bid while at the same time seemed to be the most knowledgeable and the most caring of all of the companies that I met with.

The other one never came down on the price. EGM was very honest, fair, and took care of the customer. They didn't inflate the price. I will reach out for a kitchen remodel.
