Area Of Satisfaction - I was most satisfied with their timeliness and customer service.

Overall they did fix the water mitigation issue in a timely manner. But I was very disappointed with the follow up on damaged home goods. There was an expectation that they would catalog damaged personal property but they did not. I was also disappointed with the property that ended up missing.
