We have a long and rich history in the roofing industry serving Modesto, Turlock, Merced, and the surrounding area. The founder, Mario Espindola began with humble beginnings as a roofer in the Central Valley at the age of 16. In 1996, Mario founded Econo Roofing. With tremendous business sense toward quality and integrity at a fair price, Econo has evolved as a top-rated enterprise. Our goal is to exceed your expectations from initial contact to job completion. Our friendly office staff, experienced production managers, prompt and knowledgeable sales consultants, and talented and polite craftsman are all working to achieve this objective. History Established in 1987. I started in roofing back in 1986. As an apprentice, I learned that if you enjoy what you do, then you will learn to do it well. After several years of hard work and long hours, I became a foreman and ran several crews. I preached the importance of the quality of work and customer satisfaction. In 1996, I brought the same principles with me when I ventured into starting my own company. We started slow the first couple of years but soon became very busy. Applying the same principles I learned through the years has made Econo-Roofing a successful local roofing company. We have held an A+ BBB rating for over ten years and have comments about our service on Angie’s List. We are a family-owned company, so at any time, you might find me on your job.

I called Econo Roofing. The very next day, they showed up. Before Mario left, I had quotes for everything with regard to roofing, gutters, and insulation in the attic. He gave me a brochure of the products so I could choose colors and left his business card. I think they had a cancellation, so within four days of that, they were here to do the work. The crew and Edgar, the foreman, were amazing. They showed up on time, were respectful, and cleaned up. It was a great experience. We have never had an experience like that with any contractors we have had. We had a wonderful experience from the time I called them to the completion of the project. They let us know when the city inspector was coming to give us the information, and it was a very, very good experience.
