The job was done without permits and not up to code. The code violations were pointed out and never addressed. Eastco stopped responding to my texts and calls soon after promising to fix these issues. When I asked them to hurry up and fix the steps that were not upp to code because I fell down them, the owner asked if he needed to come out and put yellow caution tape up.
This company was the worst I've worked with! I had a claim that required minor repairs to my roof. The company placed a tarp to cover the damages until they "got someone to make the repairs". 7 months later, the tarp is still there. I cannot get my agent to return phone calls. No one else in the company can answer questions regarding my claim. I am currently looking for a new insurance company and DO NOT recommend this company.

I work for Hollywood Crawford door company,and have interacted w/the Eastco team in the past on several job sites, they are good people. I am pleased w/the job they performed on my roof. My only concern why were my vent covers not replaced?
I feel it was a total bad experience all the way around and they did not deliver what was promised. I would not recommend them to anyone.

The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
