We are proud to offer beautiful Eastbrook homes in The Grand Rapids and Lakeshore regions of West Michigan, Central Michigan's Greater Lansing area, and Auburn, Alabama. And our commitment is the same today as it has always been: build homes of outstanding craftsmanship and exceptional value while offering the award-winning customer service, courtesy and respect our customers deserve. We closed on our house in March and still have open items that need attention. I hesitate to answer this question until Eastbrook gives an honest effort to fix the floor movement and other items.

Overall, we enjoyed our building experience with Eastbrook and would do it again. We believe we received a good quality home for the price we paid compared to competitors

I would recommend Eastbrook in a minute to anyone who wants help with the building process. It can be overwhelming. I would have done this a long time ago if I had known.

Generally a good experience. Not great and amazing, but good. Generally happy with our home. Wishing our final grade had been better.
