We would be a 5 star yes to recommend based on the quality of the home, but sadly we were left disappointed with our lawn, so I am not sure we could recommend Eastbrook to others, without that qualification.

it was our first time ever building a home, and I do believe it was a wonderful experience. I can’t stress enough how much Matt went out of his way to help us. There were definitely some bumps in the road, but they were remedied quickly.
we did have issues with the project manager, but I also know he was new to the job . We love our home and our yard and I think we will be happy here for years to come.

The developer run HOA management needs much improvement. The person running it is not helpful, defensive, and avoids helping. She also denies every being contacted on issues despite documentation.
