Our roof was 24 years old and he was perfectly willing to periodically replace loose shingles as the roof was not failing yet. It was our decision to finally bite the bullet and go for a new roof.

Contrast that with the weekly knock on the door from sales people from other companies trying to scare us by claiming we probably have leaks and they can get the insurance to pay for it because of some storm when you can see from the shingle tabs that come off that they were just worn out.

We were very impressed with the communication, quality of workmanship and overall results we received. Brandon came to the home and explained the entire process to us. He gave us literature to show the materials that would be used on our project. We had 8 skylights to be replaced and he gave recommendations on the type and style that we could use. He answered all of our questions and was very quick to respond. He was available on the job site and did a final walkthrough when the job was completed.
