I am very particular when it comes to home repairs. The backside of our house was damaged due to a tree trunk. The chimney, roof, west and south gutters, and the tin roof were damaged. I was very pleased with D.W. Brandenberger, Inc. team. Jason was the General Contractor/Insurance Loss Specialist who worked with me and my insurance. What I liked about Jason was his details of his proposal. The second thing that impressed me was the job itself. Joe the Supervisor and his two construction employees did an outstanding job. The chimney, the roof, and my tin roof were done to local and state building codes. I would give a 10 on workmanship and quality. Another reason I would recommend DW Brandenberger that Joe and John, the Supervisors, would always check with me on the material used before allowing their workers to start the repairs. I knew exactly what type of bricks they used on the chimney, the roofing used, and the material used for the tin roof. Even though the information was on the contract, I did have a voice on the type of bricks color and quality of shingles to use. Yes, I would recommend them for any homeowners.

The construction repair is so good, you would never know that there had even been damage. Everyone that I talked to was very courteous and professional. I'm glad they did the work on my house.

The work done was excellent but the scheduling was lousy.
Started work in may. Was told it would take about 2 weeks to complete.It is now September and the work is still not finished. A lot of the delay was caused buy a sub contractor they used to remake our counter top. Did not stay on top of the sub to ensure the work was getting done on time. We are now waiting to have the backslash installed , after the sub (who also subcontracted the work) has made it 3 times. I could go on but I fell this enough.
When I called they answered me within a short time or before that day was over. I was real impressed with that and they never made me wait on a call.

NO STARS! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! After 8 months of delays and excuses, the company arrived several hours late each day to do the work, and the quality of the work was so terrible that our insurance company had to pay a different company to come in and fix it. We will never let them back into our home.
D.W. Brandenberger, Incorportaed was very helpful and understanding at a time we needed it the most. My husband was going through a hard time with his health, and they would just listen to him and hear him out. They helped me pick out the material and make the right decisions because they knew I didn't really have the time to do it. I was very pleased working with them.
