The quality of the product and workmanship seems quite high. It was only installed yesterday, and I have to wait 24-48 hours before use. So I don’t actually know how it works yet.

From start to finsh was great experience

They came when they said, they finished in one day.

Product and price three windows and a patio door $17000.00

Almost the whole process , the only problem i had was the waiting for my windows to be crafted.

The whole thing was lots of stress and much too much drama.

I was very hesitant and honestly had regrets about buying windows. But your crew was amazing. Very professional and kind.

The windows were made to order. We were told it would be six weeks which we were fine with but the windows came in 4 weeks and less than 2 weeks later, we have beautiful new windows!
The crew was hard working and attentive to detail. Did a great job cleaning up too.

Didn't install screens. Didn't show me how. Don't look like they fit. Materials look cheap.

Everyone was very professional and friendly. They were here promptly at the time they said they would be here. Peter did a fantastic job addressing every little detail. He made sure that all of our questions or concerns were answered. Everything was immaculate when he left. It was a positive experience all around.

The windows look great. My install was scheduled to begin between 8 and 10 on a Friday. The install guys didn't start working until 1300 (1:00 pm). They informed me that they would have to come back the next day (Saturday) to finish. They did not start work Saturday until 1400 (2 pm). I had to sit there and wait from 8 to 5 on Friday and 8 to 7 on Saturday. Of the 20 hours I sat around not being able to go anywhere, 11 were spent waiting for the install guys to show up. No one communicated that they were running late or what time they would arrive. Even the manager a talked to couldn't get these guys on the phone. Paying $11,000 for this kind of service leaves a very bad taste in my mouth.

I would like to have the whole thing done, we are still missing a piece of of the shower install.

For the price, i expected higher end materials.
