They had gotten everything out promptly I was in another State and very please with their response time, my problem is they have not finished the bring everything back, not putting things together. As I had told them on the phone on 8/2/22, and when the agent came to get one of the wet rugs after my physical therapy said it was a health problem, the agent came. I once again, and this time, able to show him where things were unfinished, I my So a manager was to call me yesterday on 8/2/22 it is now 2:20 and I still have not talked to a manager am 74 and my friends are in the same age group so we can not move the heave top of the desk to the bedroom plus attach it and a few have

I will not recommend their services. The company packed up boxes with single items with a large quantity of bubble wrap in order to be able to have a greater quantity to charge for. They moved a small amount of belongings from 2 rooms in our home as our daughters had moved their belongings upstairs to spare bedrooms. I was concerned regarding their continuous demand for payment from us while they also were communicating with our insurance company for payment as well. We felt they were trying to collect from both us and the insurance company. They held our belongings ransom refusing to bring our contents back even when our insurance company had communicated with them and paid their bill.

Overpriced, fraud company. They lie to your face to get you to sign a contract and then overcharge your insurance. Beware- the contract states if insurance doesn’t pay the price tag they will file a lawsuit on you individually.

They did a good job when they were there. They didn't get to finish because of the other storm that came through. The only complaints I have as far as some of the items not being listed but were talked about. I had to go back and actually add them. That is probably not uncommon because of the scale of the hurricane and as many people and as much stuff they got in and out. They were all were professional and we had no problems. I would recommend them to others!

Contract signed in October work never completed until February. Way passed due date.No on-sight mgr even though contract stated that there would be and we’d be paying $75 per hour for one. Finally got one and he was nasty and arrogant. Had to ask him to leave. DKI sent another gentleman Julio who was very nice and professional but admitted that he knew nothing about roofing or sheetrock repair.Subcontractor’s were very difficult to communicate with. No one spoke english.Roofers created two leaks in ceiling which created other problems.Long story short horrible company to deal with.I’m very easy to please and not hard to get along with but with DKI it was one issue after another. They were horrible trying to even communicate with.Plus they were paid for services listed on the contract that they nor their subcontractors didn’t do. I told our insurance company, DKI and Alacrity ( 3rd party holding funds) about these list items but nothing was done about it.

I would give them 100%, except for the 2nd crew that came to my house.

From the moment that I engaged with them they completely took all the hassle and worries and made it painless. Each individual was friendly and courteous. They made me feel like I was part of the family. I could not be more satisfied. David and Naomi were wonderful to talk to.

I highly recommend Dreyers DKI, They gave me a quality job well done, going above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.

It was a great experience and I highly recommend them to anyone that needs work done!

If you had 10 people like Brad, you would be 5 stars. However, the ability to find quality workers to provide service was a challenge... maybe due to overcommittment to other jobs. I used Dreyer's as they were the "chosen" contractor through Allstate Insurance. I am not sure I would go that route again, due to the timeframe for job completion.

The Dreyer's job site team assigned to our home for fire mitigation although very nice didn't seem to have a clue. It almost seemed like their first rodeo. No warm and fuzzy feeling, that is why their services were terminated.

A very professional job on a difficult and lengthy recovery from hurricane damage. Everyone from Dryers was courteous and very committed to helping us. All sub-contractors used were among the best in our area.

They gave me a reputable estimate. They were Johnny on the Spot when the tree fell.

They did an excellent job. They informed us about updates and did what they were supposed to do.

Very professional, very responsive, and did their best to get the job completed correctly.

The gentlemen that I spoke with throughout the whole process was excellent. I was very pleased with everyone and their attitudes with everything.
