I really liked that the team was careful with time. I like the philosophy of keeping the number of workers in the house to a minimum (unless you were trying to get a job done very quickly) and the general respect of how a major remodel is disruptive no matter what. I thought that Bill did an excellent job! He has a great eye for detail and between him and the entire team I think they caught nearly any little thing that if it hadn't been noticed, would have driven us batty at a later date. Eric and David are both awesome to work with and, again, the attention to detail was and is very much appreciated. I think you have a great business model and do an absolutely terrific job. Hopefully, we'll be able to do something with the kitchen next year or the year after.

Post-job Clean Up - Post-job clean up was outstanding. When they cleaned up on the last day, a terrible thunderstorm was brewing, and still they remained until all was clean and tidy. You could not tell there had been there after they packed up on the last day.

Easier Than Expected

Easier Than Expected - It was in fact much easier than I expected. First, I had heard over the years about how difficult kitchen renovations could be. I was really afraid it would be such a hassle to have no working sink, stove, refrigerator, etc. I was also worried that my anxious dog would be stressed out by the noise and commotion. Well, DreamMaker made all of these concerns disappear!. First, in the quickest fashion possible, they temporarily re-installed the old sink and countertops, while the new countertops were being made, and I had a functional kitchen for most of the process. Only for a couple of days did we have to make other arrangements for cooking, etc. As compensation, DreamMaker provided us with a gift card to several local restaurants so that we could enjoy a meal out if we needed to. What a nice gesture! It was appreciated, but with their attention to seeing that we had as little time as possible without a functioning kitchen, we barely had any difficulty adjusting. As for understanding how to work with homeowners who have pets, DreamMaker was always careful and mindful of not being extraordinarily loud and disruptive. They would let me know if they needed to have the door open for work for an extended period so that I could be sure and secure my dog and cats.

DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen went above and beyond our expectations. From the moment we contacted them they were very courteous and professional. They made it easy for us to decide what we wanted and even offered suggestions for items we did not consider. Their 3D version of our floor plan gave us an exact picture of what the finished product would be for us. They were always on time for appointments and the meetings were well organized and we always felt like we were being heard. Once the project was started they contacted us to let us know they were on the way and they always left our home clean and secure. By the end of the project Sheldon and Eric were like members of our family. They even brought us a gift at the close of our renovation to thank us for allowing them to serve us. Just another way of this company showing humility in their everyday life. We were truly blessed to do business with them.
