After the roof was replaced, I noticed a water mark on the ceiling and attempted to contact the sales representative by text. However, I did not receive any response, so I contacted his project manager. The project manager said he could arrange a schedule but was unable to provide a specific date for the repair. I understand that scheduling may take time; however, a water leak is a very serious issue for me and for any customer. If we experience heavy rain again before the repair is completed, this could result in significant additional damage and costly repairs. Not yet resolved.

The clean up was not the best. Every time a storm went through for 6 weeks I had black paper like pieces in my yard and one piece even came down inside my house on my stove top. Also at least 5 nails came down on my driveway. There’s no telling how much stuff is in my gutters. I’ll have to have them cleaned. I’ve already given the company and sales person out to a friend who has someone living in Hidden Valley that is looking for a roof. This was be for the nails and debris.
