Service takes a very long time. I have had unit windows measured in July of 2023 and Just now having glass replaced in January of 2024.

Quality door and install but too many issues with the process. My initial contact was in early July. The final work was completed December first. Lack of proactive communication. This company was the only option I had with my HOA. I would not recommend them based on my experience.
