Dorglass is easy to work with from the scheduling to getting the work completed. They provided clear communication and showed up as scheduled. It makes life easier.

Ordered wrong size window 2 different times and had to wait several months for reordering before if finally got installed

Their timeliness needs work, and they need to make sure they order the right window pane the first time.

They did a good job installing the doors. It was quick once they started.

It took them three unexpected visits to get it completed. It was almost six months. They did good previously.

Well, there was one issue that I have been waiting for them to call back on. They did a good job when installing the glass, but I called the company back and told them that when they installed the glass, they had to do some pounding on the metal doorframe, and a bunch of paint got chipped off on the metal frame. I reported that back to them, and I never received a call back from Dorglass, so I am not happy with that. The technician said that it is our responsibility to paint, which I don't think we should have to—I think they should come back and fix it. They are the ones that did it. The glass is installed properly, and they did a nice job of installing, but he just said that it's not their responsibility to take care of that, and I totally disagree with that.

Window replacement/installation went well. Porch door/wall replacement is ongoing issue that estimator seems to not be able to give me a solution or a quote- waiting for 2 -3 months now - just for a quote. He doesn’t return calls when he says he will.

Dorglass always does an amazing job. They are prompt and professional and my go to vendor for windows.

The PO was ignored for months. No one ever returned calls. Very few emails were ever returned. I talked to a different person every time. No accountability or responsibility whatsoever. When a quote was finally sent, you missed the deadlines for delivery by over 2 months. Once the order was finally ready, then you couldn't deliver? You couldn't tell me you didn't have a dedicated shipper at the time you wrote up the quote? This was a failure by every level of your company. Start to finish a headache. This was nearly a year processes. Based on this experience, I would never recommend them.
