DK' team was excellent start to finish!

We could not be happier with the final product! Siding and new windows all around. Our house was transformed from drab and tired to looking like brand new construction.The global supply chain issues caused a late delivery of one of the windows, but dK kept us informed and moved quickly to finish the project immediately when the window finally arrived.

DK Exteriors were great. After the work began I decided to add to the project and DK were able to fit that in without any problems. I'm happy with the end product and will be contacting them again when I have my next siding project ready to be done.

There are only a couple of contractors/subcontractors in the Portland area to whom I would assign 5 stars. DK is one of them. I relish perfectionists, and they complete their work in such a manner. Unconditional recommendation, although they are booked up in advance and the customer is advised to secure a construction date way in advance.

DK Exteriors is a top flight company. can’t say enough good things about the siding and patio door work they did for me. There is no doubt the quality work they did was a big reason my house sold in two days!!! Dennis and his partner were great. The worksite was left very clean every day for the nearly two weeks it took to completely reside my house. Owner Joe and his staff were quick to respond to whatever questions I had which were few and far between but important to me at the time. Highly, highly recommended.

Completely positive experience with DK Exteriors, communication was fast and well understood, all questions answered in a timely and thorough manner. Work and craftsmanship was top notch, all the guys worked hard and kept the area clean and well organized. I can't say enough about the job they did. From start to finish it was top notch!

Immediately after siding installation the HardiPlank was painted and QC done at the same time. Only one small area required more nailing to secure it firmly to the wall and that was done promptly and cheerfully. Having said that, neither the workmen nor I noticed that the new lower exposure did not match up with the other (original) siding. Fortunately the trim and location of the new siding makes it hard to notice. Sufficiently good job so that they are on our list of approved vendors and I have sent them a RFQ for more work on my personal residence where they did the work covered by this review.

I had a bad experience with the insurance, if something is to happen the company's insurance will not help you.
