Overall, my experience was good. I really enjoyed working with Michelle, she quickly picked up on my taste and had great recommendations for design. I would work with her again in a heartbeat. Bob was also great, if you are going to have someone in your home for 6+ months, he's the sort of person you want hanging around. I genuinely enjoyed working with both of them, and Terry was also helpful when purchasing appliances and I'd work with him on future purchases.
