They removed the wall bottom trim.molds and never installed them after the water removal proccess.. i ended up installing them by my self..

I was dealing with DRS during a troubled time. Everyone I spoke to during this process was cognizant of the disaster situation I was in and our time frame. They were also extremely cognizant of my concerns with a craftsman-style house. I didn't want any extra damage in my home, but they were able to preserve the craftsmanship of the house. They were extremely knowledgeable with what they were doing and presented themselves in a professional manner. They also explained to me what they were doing during the mitigation. They were there for 10 days, and they made it a very pleasurable experience.
