I highly recommend DCS!

I thought that Julio and Mauricio were all great. They were wonderful. They did a great job.

DCS didnt respond to multiple attempts at communicating and took and extra 4 months to complete our work project. It's like they forgot about us and management never came back to the project after the first estimate.

The water remediation and the Asbestos removal was done in a timely and professional manner. The repairs to the condo were slower than anticipated. It was 3 and a half months to complete work for repair of kitchen damage which I feel is too much time.

DCS were easy to work with, they were courteous and completed the job on schedule. They came out with in two hours of being called.

The employees were very courteous and did a good job, but I was not told how long it was going to take. It was a pretty small job, and it ended up taking 2 months to complete.

I was NOT happy with the work done by DCS. It took them six months to restore two rooms. They had to redo several items. Didn't follow manufacturers advise on the package of flooring. The worker cleaned his tools in the bathroom sink, after we just replaced the pipes in that area. Didn't follow a regular schedule so I could depend on when they would be there. Had to contact insurance company several times to get them moving.

The flooding of our house was a crisis and caused a lot of problems. They showed up immediately to mitigate the problems as fast as possible, they were professional and courteous.

I just lost my husband and they were really good at a tough time.

DCS had 3 people at my house within hours of the reported disaster. They were so helpful and very knowledgable about the scope of the clean up needed.

Watch this company closely. They are counting that you won’t or don’t know how to read your claim. Never gave a set schedule, communication was horrible. Intimdation tactics were used. Billed for Work not done. I would not recommend this company.
