They were quick, understanding, professional, and respectful. Sometimes contractors have a way of talking down to you, but the whole Damage Control team was great for us during a difficult time.

They took the plate coverings off of the electric outlets, saved only one of them and none of the screws. Same goes for the AC vent cover, no screws saved.They packed my stack of paper plates and paper towels which I had sitting out and I needed to use since all my dishes were packed.

Damage Control; was super efficient. They explain what needs to be done, what they are going to do and willing to go the extra mile in checking all walls to see if there is any moisture elsewhere. Being in Sierra Vista, they also notified me to give me a schedule when they should arrive to do work for four days. I recommend them do do any water damage repairs. A solid company.

They left my rooms full of dust and debris. I will have to pay somebody else to clean up the mess that they left!

The crew was here at my house just two hours after I called the insurance company at 4:30am. Very quick response. The crew was professional and courteous. My only issue is that they worked so fast, that they were a little careless as they damaged about a dozen tiles that now requires replacement.
