Absolutely thrilled with Creative Remodeling. We had a huge remodel that included replacing the siding with HardiBoard cement siding (planks, lap and shake). Our project was challenging as the house is a 1955 house and the awnings and gables are no longer level and sag. They were amazing. They just fixed everything and were super reasonable on their pricing. Their crew were top notch, respectable, honest, and talented. They have worked together for years as a crew and the quality of work showed. I'm a tough customer to please...they absolutely checked every box from start to finish. I give them my highest recommendation. You will be very happy with their service and the final results.

Creative Remodeling of Orlando (CRO) replaced 28 windows and 5 doors and completely removed and replaced the sheathing, wrap, and siding with new James Hardie products on our two-story home. While the house was apart we discovered significant framing damage, and CRO repaired and replaced several water-damaged studs, headers, and sills. They made our house better than new and completed the project in about 6-8 weeks within budget.James C. was the face of the company for us, serving as our salesperson and Project Manager throughout our renovation. He helped us with materials selection, bid/estimation, and visited the job site frequently. James was kind, courteous, and incredibly responsive whenever we needed him (always same day, often same-hour). The construction crew led by Jerry showed up every day they were scheduled, worked hard, and always left the job site clean at the end of the day. They were kind to me and my family and were happy to answer all of the (probably annoying) questions I had for them throughout the project. A person's character really shows through when faced with difficult situations -- and we had a few, since this was major construction. James and the crew were quick to respond in a positive manner when trouble arose and always came up with solutions that helped us move forward. It's rare to find such a professional organization serving the residential market. I'd do business with CRO again any time, and that is the highest praise I can give. Bravo and thanks.

Creative Remodeling of Orlando, LLC. placed hardy board siding on my whole two story house. Prior to that time it had T1-11 that was literally falling off the house. I had a big water leak in the kitchen, and several other smaller leaks. From start to finish it was a great experience.Everyone was very professional. The workmanship was meticulous. Each board was cut and measured to perfection. My house has no leaks and looks fantastic.

Mark was great to work with from the outset and the crew did a great job. He even found a way to put siding on our treehouse out back to match the house so the kids were thrilled. Mark was very upfront about the costs and time schedule and even though some unwelcome things were found behind the old walls it was handled exactly the way Mark had described so there were no surprises. Our house feels very solid now and we have already recommended CRO to some of our neighbors.

We are equally satisfied with the outcome of the painting project. However, there were many delays in completing the paint portion of the project. This left a bad impression at the end of the project. Overall, I would highly recommend this company for your exterior siding projects.
