I was told my car was probably a total due to enamal-oil based paint spilled in my car. CRBR was suggested by a car dealer who wouldn’t even begin to touch or itemize the damage. I ended up having some parts replaced but it was not a total after CRBR finished their work.

CRBR was not able to remove the pet stain and I understand that was not a guarantee. The rug was cleaned almost eight weeks ago and it still does not lie flat after hanging from the rod when it was cleaned.
The Technicians went above and beyond our expectations in getting the Carpets Cleaned. We have older carpet and it has very specific traffic areas that I thought would be a challenge. But not for CRBR, they did a fantastic job. Highly recommend them.

We are very pleased with CRBR and have used them to keep our office carpets clean. Jill and Robi explained that keeping on a regular cleaning schedule will help protect the investment we made on the new carpet in our offices. They accommodate our schedule by coming in on Saturday when we are not open so that we do not disrupt our operations during working hours.

They were quick and professional. They even took extra care to make sure they did not drag the hose on the corners of my walls. The carpets were very clean and fresh when they were done.
I have used them for years but this year I was charged almost twice as much and the rug wasn't very clean. The delivery guy said "it was very dirty" That is why I called them and I know it can be cleaned better from previous years experience.
