From the start, the team was clear and knowledgeable about what to expect and the process to get the repairs completed. Communication was also great and we found the team to be responsive and helpful.

It took them an entire month to rebuild a small bathroom and alcove. No demo was required, as place was already gutted by a previous company.

Too many fingers in the pie, we were never sure who was responsible for what. There were many days when no construction was addressed at all. No remorse. No timeline. A black hole.
