Our disappointment is from the workers did NOT arrive when they said they would. Not only that, but I found out that our salesman who sold us the job, was NO LONGER representing this company. When I called our salesman, he really wasn't any help only said he is no long working for this company. I had to call the company in their GA office. Each time I was reassured that they guys were "on their way". They arrived at 2:00 pm, but did stay until they could get to a stopping point. They came back the next day to complete this job. I would have preferred they guys to call us directly with their arrival time, not the boss in GA.

The purchase was smooth. Everyone was on time and called ahead for scheduling. Our garage and screen porch looks fantastic. Thank you all.

She never made me feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing her with my concerns. The installation work was awesome, and they were timely. The follow-ups with them were great when they asked if I had any concerns. They have a great product and I would highly recommend this company to friends and family or anyone I may meet to have work done in their home.

The price was 40 to 50 percent higher than other companies but was done to my satisfaction and worth the premium rate.

The three gentlemen were great (Jayden, Jamie & Justin). They worked extremely hard especially upon arrival some of their equipment were inoperable but they were still able to complete the project. Recommend equipment is checked prior to departure that way the crew could alleviate from having to work two to three hours longer. Overall truly recommend this company!
