The reason we chose your company was what we thought would be good customer service following the roofing job was completed and the warranty. We are not real comfortable how that will be considering the interaction with your company following the job. Your company was NOT the cheapest by far but felt the warranty was worth it and the job could be done before Winter.
#1 - after the job was completed the leaf guards were not replaced correctly and I have a weather vane on our garage that was just slapped back on with no concern about it being straight. This was the next day tamhat we notified the company. Unannounced workers came at 3:15ish p.m. and we needed to be somewhere at 4. In addition there was a language barrier. Some days later I noticed a satellite dish was to be removed per the contract. I asked that an English speaking representative be sent and an appointment time. Neither happened but the dish was removed. 3rd trip was for a leaf guard missing on the roof. I had to call a 2nd time to get this done. There was a time set but had to argue with Kathy about this then she demanded that she needed me to provide her with a time which was ironic in that I could not get that from your company!
#2 Highly disappointed that after the job was completed we HAD to deal with the subcontractor which I do not recall going into a contract with them. It was COMO that I went into a contract with!
They did a great job on the project.
They did everything they said they would do and followed up on that.
They did a wonderful job. They went above and beyond unlike most contractors.
