Recognized Excellence - I'd like to recognize the guy I worked with, for the most part, Steve Dennis. He was great to work with. We absolutely had our moments, but there was a lot going on with the job. I did enjoy working with him.

I appreciate how Colorado Siding Repair responded. Steve made it clear that he would make it right, and that exceeded my expectations.
Best Part of the Experience - To me, it seemed like they had knowledge and experience on how to put the product up. They seemed professional and knew what they were doing. To me, it was impressive, and they worked well as a team.
One Takeaway - I would tell my friends that it was on schedule, and it cost what they told me it would cost. I had a good forecast too with the document given to say what would happen on the job. They were right on the money.

Everyone at CSR was super helpful and patient with my never-ending questions and concerns. The process was a little noisy but to be expected and it didn't take long to transform the entire look of my house. The final result was a-mah-zing and many neighbors have stopped by to compliment my house. Would definitely recommend!!

Areas For Improvement - CSR didn't fall short of expectations, there were a few paint details that I was iffy on (like painting a vent the color of the house instead of the color of the trim it was mounted on?), but not a big deal at all and I don't even notice it. A couple of pavers were used and broken but were super inexpensive to replace.
Areas Of Satisfaction - I was most satisfied with the time and attention that I was given throughout the process. It was like I was the only customer and in particular Steve made me feel like I was the only customer they had. He spent lots of time helping me to decide on siding vs. ColorPlus (which I eventually bought) and as a first-time siding purchaser I appreciate his advice and wisdom from being in the business.

Communication - Marcos Lima explained, in detail, what was involved in our siding repair.
Quality Of Workmanship - Marcos, Diego, and Gabriel Lima were extremely professional. Marcos is a master craftsman!
Expertise - As stated above, Marcos is a master craftsman in which he is truly an amazing asset and an excellent employee for the Colorado Siding Repair Company. We greatly appreciate his attention to detail for our siding repair.
Problem Resolution - There was a problem surrounding our window but Marcos expertly repaired it by adding the necessary structures (trim and metal bar) to seal off the water.
Design - The design actually exceeded our needs.

Cash is an absolute gaslighter. He claims to be certified in all the requirements for Hardie siding, but his crew installed the first course without flashing over the masonry, and when I pointed out that was a problem he made us schedule a walkaround with the Hardie rep instead of just knowing it was wrong and just fixing it. They also didn't seal the screw holes on the soffits as required by Hardie until I called them out on it. Other issues included- leaving a half pound of nails in my front and back yard for days, until I borrowed a magnet and picked them up myself (I have pets and a child), thin, patchy paint that needed to be redone, overspray of the main color left on the trim (that I also paid to have painted), the work crew throwing siding materials onto my plants and crushing them, stepping all over my plants and crushing them, cleaning their paintbrushes in my garden, after I asked them not to, killing a patch of grass with what I suspect was used paint thinner for their brushes. I was also told by Cash that tarps would be put down all around the house when they removed the siding, and that didn't happen, so I was picking up bits of debris around the house all summer. Oh, and they tried to get me to sign a change order after the change was made without consulting me. Yeah, no.
The one big negative was when the crew finished and left i noticed a few areas that were not done, trim areas, so i had to contact them a couple times to come fix that, they eventually did but it took a little proding. There is still 2 pieces that have not been done but i have decided to just leave them they can be painted
Colorado Siding Repair was very professional, prompt and organized. The crew who came to do my project was fast and efficient. The quality of workmanship and attention to detail was unlike anything I have ever seen. I will definitely be using them on my next home.

As first time homeowners, they were very patient with us in terms of explaining everything and making sure we understood the process, and they followed through with us to the end to make sure everything met our expectations. We were very pleased all around.

Respectful - Mike and the crew did a great job of cleaning up each day, and there was a lot to clean up!
Communication - The female homeowner appreciates that the salespeople and crew engaged in conversations and did not just speak and make eye contact with the male homeowner.
Quality Of Workmanship - Mike and the crew that did the installation did a very detailed job and were careful to do everything perfectly. They listened to our concerns, worked with us, and gave us a what appears on the outside to be a brand new house. It's beautiful! Gabriel and his helpers, the painters, were also careful to give us exactly what we wanted.
Expertise - The installers were experts and did a great job of adapting as the old siding came off and new conditions were uncovered.
Problem Resolution - We did not have any real problems with this project. There were concern and clarification points throughout the project but everyone was receptive and things kept moving on schedule.
Professional & Organized - Everyone was very professional. There were a couple of times where there was a lack of communication but once noted, everyone was very responsive and all concerns were addressed appropriately and quickly.
Schedule - Once we had a date, the company stuck to it. It was great! Paul Dickens kept things rolling by moving us up in the painting schedule when an unexpected opening and a spell of good weather occurred.
Sales Knowledge - Everyone involved in this project seemed to have a lot of experience and industry knowledge. Katelyn and Karen in the office also need to be mentioned. They did a great job of staying on top of things and were the people we first had contact with. They spoke respectfully of the company as well and that means a lot when someone makes a call for a quote.
Design - Cash Stricker's design ideas were spot on and the final product exceeds our expectations.
Recognized Excellence - Cash Stricker had this job before he left the property that first day, we just didn't tell him right away. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely seemed excited about our small project. Next thing we knew, we were also excited about it. We got three bids and Colorado Siding Repair is the only company that actually 100% listened to what we wanted. Mike and his crew that did the tear-down and installation were wonderful, friendly, hard-working, and clearly focused on quality. We miss them.
Areas For Improvement - This company did not fall short in the end. There were a few communication snafus, most likely to do with being very busy. As noted, all concerns were quickly addressed to our full satisfaction.
