Cloise & Mike were very professional and helpful in assisting me make my decision to use them to replace my roof. I had received quotes from multiple agency and Closie and Mike were not the cheapest, however they answered all my question, didn't try to up sell me with things that I didn't need and communicated with me throughout the process.

Violation of contract, insufficient protection of landscaping. Ie tarps over rock instead of flowers beds which resulted in significant damage to plants. Used my patio set where peoples food mess required significant cleaning of the furniture. Was updated around 1 that the team was running late but was scheduled to finish up by 7, they wrapped up around 930pm, but had no further updates on timeline. The late finish was a significant interruption of our lives.

Paul was up-front regarding our estimate and Juan and crew did an excellent job. I appreciate having a neutral inspector verify the job afterwards. All in all a great experience!

They were here on time and finished on time in the one day they said they would.

The office communication and work quality with Cloise and Mike are both exceptional. Crew does a great job with laying down not only shingles, but edge, ridge and valley trim pieces. The grounds around the home were left spotless.
