The overall process and final product were great. The selling process was a bit much. The consultant was here for several hours, I was literally making dinner while he sat at my dining room table. I understand the push from a sales tactic, but would have appreciate the opportunity to think about our decision for 24 hours before having to sign on the line.

Every one knew what to do and worked hard to get the job done quickly but also done well.

I would most certainly recommend Clear Choice. My husband and I did our own research and found this company to be the best match.

They showed up when they said they were going to. And the job was done quick and efficient.

What was presented to us by the salesman is not what showed up in our property. Language barrier prevented us from speaking with crew

I was told they would arrive at 8 am. My doorbell rang at 6:30 am! I was sound asleep, they woke me up, I had to get dressed to answer the door......They rang the doorbell for electricity!!!!! My outlets on the front porch did not work! They had to use their generator---so they woke me up for nothing since my outlet did not work!!!! I assume they came soooo early because it was supposed to be 90 degrees that day and they wanted to get a head start. They did do a good job and were finished quickly, if I recall correctly, they were done by 1 pm! They started in the shade and by 11:00 they were in full sun. It was a very hot day!!! They had long sleeves and hats on their heads/necks so as not to get burned. Inside the shed and grounds around the shed were well cleaned up from all the debris. :-)

We have had several projects done with Clear Choice. The most recent was our roofs. We have a geodesic dome house and garage. A roofing challenge for sure. It turned out spectacular. The roofers were, in fact, talented artists.

at the moment it's pouring and the guys are stripping the shingles. they already did 1/2 the roof and, as it was beginning to rain they quickly covered the roof with the permanent ice and water shield while the plywood was soaked. not good

Get the job right from the start. First when the contract was sent it was not what we had discussed. The lady at the office straightened that out
Then the day of the reproof the needed materials were delivered incomplete. The foreman only had the entail contract but not the amendment. I had to show him it .
I ve been led to believe this is a common occurrence. Now the foreman made things right which is a credit to him.
The installation crew was top notch and in my opinion went above and beyond.
One final thing. I paid for the materials to do this job. But the response to "is want all unused materail that was left over seemed to upset some of the people there
However it was left that's all I ll day about that.

From the quote through installation, working with Clear Choice was a great experience. Chad, the salesperson, explained our options and gave us a great price. I'm especially concerned with sustainability and wanted not only a product and installation that would last, but Clear Choice also stood out because they recycle the old shingles.

Our project manager was Casey. The day before, he discussed ventilation options with us. I originally wanted to replace the box vents with a ridge vent and the end gable vents with eave vents, to maximize the roof space available for future solar panel installation. However, after extensive conversation about the pros and cons and what Mass Save weatherization work (insulation, air sealing, and the ventilation) had been done in the attic, we decided to stick with the existing setup, as there had been no problems with it thus far.

During the installation, the crew of 5 plus Casey arrived punctually at 7:30AM, and the crew expertly set up tarps and removed the existing shingles in about 90 minutes. The new shingles were installed, and cleanup was complete by 4PM. The house looks great, but Casey left his card with instructions to call his cell phone anytime if we found debris that had been missed, or for any other questions/concerns.

Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Clear Choice Home Improvement!

This company is great! They completely replaced my roof in one day. They also made sure to rake for nails, and as part of their coverage, if a nail is picked up by your car tires, they will pay for the tire replacement. Very reputable and professional company.

I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the roof was done. I was assured that house and property would be protected. Roof looked good, the guys that did the work stood around outside my home laughing and joking for about an hour after they were done, when I finished working it was dark, they had blocked off an exit to the basement with snow from roof and I had to clear that out with snowblower, that was when I realized they had left nails everywhere because my snowblower was spitting them out I proceeded to pick up hundreds of nails in fear that one would get in my tires. Called to complain of this and they sent 3 people out to pick up nails. By then it had snowed again. I was advised to call them in the spring to pick up nails! You just can’t predict this would happen, because you are painted a picture about their service being so great. I don’t blame the guys who are actually doing the work, but there supervisor is the one at fault. He is responsible for not making sure that the customer got what was sold to them. Happy with roof but not the mess they left.

I chose Clear Choice Home Improvement because the company offered to replace my entire roof for a fair and reasonable price, I would highly recommend this company too anyone looking to Improve their home or business. Very friendly and knowledgeable will hire agian.
