The process has been pretty structured. Communication has been pretty frequent. I haven't really had any issues getting in touch with anyone in timely manner. I am fairly early in the process but I am looking forward to the build of my new home.

I would like there to be more process with Classic Homes from beginning to end. They have site and other engineers in the process.

At first the builder and team were great, once the sale was made and the building team came in they were not flexible and the workmanship was not great. My wood floors have huge gaps in them, they had the flooring subcontractor replace it twice with no better results and just left it as is. Also the basement doors don’t open all the way if we put curtains on them, I believe the doors were installed incorrectly but they just ignored my request and said this is how they build it.Would not recommend them.
Great experience with Classic Homes and I couldn’t be any more happier than this. I have already referred several friends and their friends too are building with Classic. Keep up the good work and best wishes.

I just fell in love with the house. It was exactly what I wanted.
Thus far in the process (have not finalized plans/pre-design, pre-electric, etc.) Classic has been excellent.
Pro - 1) detailed and transparent pricing, 2) easy to work with for most design changes, 3) Trane HVAC system, and Addendum S2 upgradesCons - 1) did not get expected site management service as detailed in contract and no clear or legitimate response to date. I'm not sure if this was a build on your own lot issue or not but i would not pay for site management if I had to do it again; 2) Quality of some materials not quite as expected - like front door options and kitchen backsplashes; 3) Felt like questions raised during construction were not well received; and 4) No real help dealing with site clearing contractor who took a long time other than to pay someone else. I asked if I should make certain payments and never got a response at the end of the process site super told me I paid them too fast - trying to figure out why someone did not tell me that when I was going through the issue or that they had issues with the clearing company on a prior job.

A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5.
