I was told by sales rep that with products in the materials I would not have to scrub nor used cleaning product. That is not true.

They were very attentive to my questions and very professional and through the entire process.

Installation was fine I would recommend that part.

Quality windows with professional installers

So far everything has been great. Windows have been in for 5 days.

How neat and organized the installers were

Professional. On time. Tarps were laid down to keep area clean.. Honesty. Answered all questions. and forward questions to those who were responsible.

Mad City Windows is absolutely amazing from start to finish. I have no complaints what-so-ever with this company and would recommend everyone to at least get a quote and talk to the sales guy.

Thorough and efficient

Tony did everything he could to help with the problems we experienced with Mad City. He has answered all of our calls and sent someone out immediately to fix things. Mike did a great job replacing the poorly installed shower unit, making it look so much better.

Mad City quickly responded to my request for an appointment to discuss their products and services. I was pleasantly surprised to see the full range of colors, finishes and styles of kitchen cabinets and hardware. The salesman was not high pressure. He explained the products, the process, and the cost. I love that we are able to pay for the cabinets over a full year. The installers were professional and personable. They arrived on time each morning and were focused on the job all day. They cleaned up each night after work. They used a checklist at the end of the process to majestic was satisfied. I like that a supervisor checked in at my home during the work, leaning me his personal number for questions or concerns.

Well trained and exceptional talent. Mike was a gem and the clean up was amazing!!!

It was very easy to set up an in-home quote and the salesman (Max) did not make me feel pressured to buy. He was informative and very nice and explained in detail how long it would take to make, and length of time when installing. I felt very comfortable in making this purchase. I’m happy I chose to go with Mad City for my kitchen cabinet renovations.

We've replaced many things in our home over the years, but I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted in my bathrooms... until I learned about Mad City's Microban infused material. No mold, no mildew, no bacteria. They redid our shower in one bathroom and tub & shower in the other. No cleaning necessary and lifetime warranty. Everything they did was with me in mind. I couldn't be more pleased.

Everything about my experience with this company was outstanding.

The sales person lied to my face about who they have do the jobs. The contractor while they did a good job on my shower left quite a mess behind for me to clean up. I also had a road manager tell the contractor to not tell me about an existing problem and to just cover it up. I wouldn’t have expected Mad City to fix it but I am glad the contractor told me. Mike the installer was very professional and knowledgeable and very polite I was very satisfied with the outcome. He took pride in his job he also protected my flooring to the installing area. Our overall experience with the sales presentation and installation crew was very positive.

The new walk-in shower is safer, more enjoyable to use, and definitely more attractive than the old tub it replaces.

The installation was extremely professional. No mess left behind. All was cleaned up. 10 stars for that.
The sales was overkill on information. It took way too long to get to the actual sales part. Honestly by then I didn’t want to use this. The sales person got a bit pushy. That was frustrating.

At this point in time we are very impressed and love our new shower

The salesperson was extremely knowledgeable and gave us great advice about what we needed to replace in our bathroom. We'd thought we'd have to redo the whole thing, but he recommended a way to keep the vintage look of our (1922) bathroom while also having a beautiful new functional tub and tub area. The materials look great and go great with the original part of the bathroom, and the installer was super skillful/knowledgeable. He got the new tub and surround in in one day (the materials then had to cure one more day). Another installer came to finish off the places where the new part meets the old part. He did a phenomenal job of making the edges of the new part look finished, in a way that goes with the rest of the bathroom. These people will not sell you something you don't need, they'll offer a solution that goes well with the surrounding area, and they'll do an expert job in a timely way. They are serious about making their customers happy.

Mad City did a wonderful job with installing our shower. They ran into some issues with the old pipes under our house, but they worked their way through them.
