I loved the room but I did not like the salesman. He was very rude and does not know how to speak to women. He talks down to them. Until I got a hold of a woman, only then then was I satisfied, then I got things fixed. The man that runs the Tulsa office was very rude and has no respect for women even though I was paying my money for it. The salesperson treated me like I was nothing.
My windows are still not completed and I signed a contract for thirty thousand dollars. The salesperson gave me some information after I signed the contract and wanted even more money. It was either I play their game or sue them. After I let them know that they backed off. I gave them the money but I got ripped off because it has been three months and I still have no windows.
Good installation. Cleanup crew left a bit to be desired.
I was quite impressed with the assistance that I received dealing with management. Brett Claxton, Makayla, and Todd Dixon all did a wonderful with helping us to resolve all the issues that we had and the job ended smoothly and done very well.
The service was very good and the installation. I had to return two windows on a house which were not acceptable. It has been a week and a half and I haven't heard from them or received any credit.
Additional Comments - We are very pleased with our purchase and our installation. We think Sebastian is an outstanding manager and really goes the extra mile to ensure that the Champion product is represented well to the public and to the customer. When we need new windows, we will call Sebastian!
