Communication skills in sales is VERY lacking and wasn’t helpful in resolving. However, the installers went above and beyond to resolve the exterior finish by finding siding to install. Was told that it would only take one day but they were no where near finished, requiring me to drive an extra 7 hours round trip to go back down as this is a 2nd home.
Champion Windows of Tulsa was not professional with cleanliness or communication.
The windows a really nice. They were installed beautifully.
We were supposed to get an email about care of the windows with the bill for the final payment. Never received this and would like to have this.

The screens are awful. The crew is very small and they rush you. The windows were not properly measured. The windows I received, the price was expensive and not what the quality should have been.
Our new Champion windows look great. We've noticed a more consistent temperature throughout the house and we've already seen a decrease in our monthly electric bill.
I will strongly inform any friend about the first crew and to make sure NOT TO LET CHAMPION WINDOWS SEND THEM TO THEIR JOB.
They did what they said they would do, beat their expected delivery time by a couple of weeks, and we are very happy with our 3 new Champion Windows and all the people we dealt with during the process!
Definitely not ! It’s been over 2 months since I ordered my windows and I’m still waiting! This is worst experience I’ve ever had with a company by far. Their salesman lied and now I can’t get any one on the company to tell me when my windows will be installed. This is ridiculous and poor customer service at highest level. Also charging me an extra $2,000 just to add on the 2 small bedroom windows which were supposed to be included in the total in the first place. Absolutely ridiculous and it shows how desperate this company is more money thst they are willing to undercut the customer.
It took a total of 11 weeks from down payment to completely finished job. We were told 3 weeks. We work with the public and I would not recommend Champion. Please review my area of improvement comments.

The salesman, Shane Willis, and the coordinator at the office, Jack Mathewson, were very professional and helpful making sure everything went well.
Champion has been completely unresponsive and has still failed to complete our project nearly 6 months later.
We had an appointment today with David - Tulsa office - and he was so helpful and professional - explained all our options and compared Champion Windows to others on the market. Very impressed. Signed a contract with him today and now look forward to this old house getting a much needed facelift. THank you, David!
They are not reliable in communication. They didn't know where the windows and doors were. There is lack of follow through.

This company is very professional from the sales rep to the installation workers installing the siding and trim!
They are not exactly what I expected, and my door installation has been a nightmare. It still continues to be a nightmare. I have had to travel back and forth, and it has been very costly for me. I had to make several appointments with them to get my installation done.
I'm still waiting for them to finish the work, the sun room has been installed, and the concrete work hasn't been done yet.
Champion Windows are good windows. The noise is cut way back in my house. The air is not kicking on as much either.
I love the sunroom, the quality and the installation crew. They are great. I highly recommend Champion and the crew. The product is exactly as described. I am fully satisfied. I hoping that my sunroom will be durable & perform as expected for long duration.
