My door took over a year to arrrive without blemishes and 4 attempts

Champion of Tulsa did deliver (finally) what we were wanting in new windows and what was promised. The only issue was that the manufacturing plant in Cincinnati produced 4 out of the 7 windows in the wrong size. The mistake was corrected and the windows were installed after a month delay. The communication with Champion of Tulsa was very responsive. Install was excellent. Overall we are very pleased with our Champion of Tulsa windows.

I love my new windows!! But you offer the best customer service and that’s a big plus for me. I’m 58 and I still appreciate people’s word being truthful!! And your companies word goes above and beyond!!

Informed me what they were doing

Had nothing but trouble with the install. When we first met i was told it would be a 2 day job....job took a month. 2 seperate crews, took 2 hr lunch breaks, showed up late, and left early.

The installers showed up late and had the wrong windows asked if we could reschedule, our animals were locked up so we told them no.

We were poorly treated by the company management personnel in the Tulsa office. The slider door shipped for our order opened from the wrong side, even after they came out and measured twice. We let it and five windows be installed but had them order a door with the correct pull. We did not sign a certificate of completion at that time. After eight months hearing nothing, we were contacted by the company finding out they never ordered a replacement to correct their mistake. Since we did not sign a certificate of completion we eventually began receiving calls from their office regarding the need to sign an addendum reflecting the door opening from the left not right in order not to void the warranty someday. We agreed to leave the mistake in place and signed off on completion. The initial installer was terrific trying to satisfy us but the corporate personnel were very unprofessional!

From beginning to end everything was done to perfection.

After signing the contract we were told that it would be about 2 months before the installation would be finished. We began making payments on the windows that were sitting in their warehouse for over a month before starting to install them, the job took over 9 months to get finished.

The team that put the siding on was fantastic and wonderful. However, the sales team has been difficult since the beginning. I had to get ahold of higher ups to iron out an issue that shouldn’t have even happened.

WE LOVE OUR NEW SCREENED IN PATIO, BEAUTIFULLY DONE. THE INSTALLERS WORKED FAST AND HARD. MANAGEMENT COMMUNICATION IS EXTREMELY POOR SO KEEP AFTER THEM AND BE SURE THEY UNDERSTAND YOUR SCHEDULING AS WELL AS THEIRS.

We were very happy with our salesman and installer; but your customer service blew your chances of recommendation to anyone. It’s too long of a story here, but here’s the skinny of it: We’ve been told for almost three weeks that someone would get back to us “tomorrow” concerning our patio door. We’ve not been contacted by anyone thus far, and we’ve been the ones reaching out, NOT Champion of Tulsa.
We understand we aren’t your only customers, but we are paying a pretty penny for your services. A return phone call and a resolving conversation is the very least customers should expect from a reputable company. So we contacted another company to install a new patio door to replace yours that was damaged, instead of waiting one more day for your return phone call, Guess you LOST A SALE, Champion of Tulsa.

The windows are beautiful and every step of the process was so quick. Everyone involved from the salesperson to the installation crew were incredibly nice.

The overall experience of dealing with Champion policies of paying for items ordered but not yet received is not acceptable and I will never us a company doing business with these policies again.

I really don’t know if you want me to fill this out because my experience was really crappy. We ordered our windows in October after several phone calls they were not installed until February. At that time the large screen on front was not in the frame tight so they ordered us a new one and said they bring it back. I have called and checked on it a couple of times and I’ve gotten no response. As far as I’m concerned, I would not use Champion Windows again. I am not mad at any Individual just mad at Champion.

This was the worst home improvement experience of my life.

Champion was quick to respond and schedule a sales call. We provided a $40,000.00 down payment and waited six months for project to start. Promise was project would take 8-12 weeks to complete. I had to consistently call to get updates. Once project started progress was slow.

This is the only review of Champion Windows & Home Exteriors you should ever need. On September 25 Champion removed our upstairs window and replaced it with what you see below. It took them 18 days to reorder the window once they knew it didn’t fit. I received a call on December 4 telling me the order was never submitted to be built and will take an additional, minimum 4 weeks. It is now January 16 with snow in the ground and sub-zero temperatures and I still don’t have a window. Since September 25, I have spoken with their customer service, local installation manager, Director of National Ops Support and the CEO of Great Day Improvements, the parent company or Champion Windows. Throughout the entire process not one person wants to take responsibility, apologize or offer any assurance of when the job will be completed. At this point we have paid 90% of the cost of the project (2 other windows were installed) and am just stuck without recourse. All I can do at this point is provide this information to others and suggest you avoid Champion Windows at all costs.

Very easy to work with

The experience with Champion Windows of Tulsa was extremely FRUSTRATING. However, I would like to believe they will evaluate my situation and make drastic changes to some of their procedures. (I do like the windows!)

The guys did a wonderful job. I can't express how pleased we are with the way they came in and got the job done. A lot of people in the area are getting the original windows replaced and there's so many stories of bad experiences that we were really concerned. The lady across from us couldn't believe how fast they got finished. Her house is the same and it took days to complete because there wasn't as many install techs.

I would likely not recommend. We have had issues from the moment the sales person stepped into our home. He “sold” us on a door that you don’t even offer. Our project manager was equally unimpressive when his contractors installed the wrong door, broke a tile and we were told both salesman and manager quit. All in all the people you have representing your company are doing a bad job.

They took the old ones out and put in the new ones in a timely manner, and the windows look beautiful.

I have already recommended Champion to several family members and friends.

Champion Windows was great to work with. They communicated with us throughout the entire process even when something went wrong. They fixed that and I would highly recommend them!

Champion Windows was a great company to deal with. Very professional sales and installation. We had 4 quotes and they were the only ones that didn't pressure us to make a commitment when they were there.

The length of time to get the new windows was ridiculous. Ordered in February, partial install in June and finally finished in October. Window sizes were changed was reason we were given for the delay. But that was not told to us until the partial install was started in June. Project manager Patrick was helpful but we feel we should have been informed sooner.

From start to finish everything was stress free, Larry, Patrick and the install team were awesome; the install crew went above and beyond to ensure the mess was minimal and everything went as perfect as it could.

We used Champion at our last house as well as this house. We ordered a full house of both windows and doors in April for this house and we're still waiting for the doors. Every time I ask for an update, the only response I've received is "I've emailed". We're almost 7 months in and I still have no idea when I'm getting my doors. Not to mention my financing was only good through October.
