Only worked 6 hours a day. Poor communication about what was going on and what to expect. We were given different explanations from workers and Manager. Not sure what the truth was. Project took from April ( signed contract) to end of August to complete due to not working consistently on our project. I realize it took a while to get plans approved by County.

Pleasure working with Champion Window

The door still doesn't lock, and you can walk up and pull it open, other than that the sun room is just fine.

Our screens aren't working quite right. We have a follow-up appointment with them on May 22nd. The problem is not resolved yet, and we are waiting for it to be taken care of.

We would definitely recommend Champion windows to friends and family! They exceeded our expectations! We will be enjoying our sunroom for many years!

The quality of the product is not worth the price charged. The screen on the patio is poorly designed, because of the size of the lock on the screen the screen does not open all the way. If you are not careful when you open the patio door from the exterior, you can smash your hand into the screen. Also, since the screen does not open all the way it is not sealed so bugs get between the screen and the patio door when you close the screen bugs that were trapped in between now get into the house. The handle on the door is not very sturdy I expected it to break within a few years of wear. The installation was not very good. A large piece of plaster was broken off and the plaster was cracked all the way around the frame of the patio door. The installers also scratched the patio door it was about 2 inches long. Neither of these mistakes were pointed out when installation was complete.

The entire buying process was efficient and easy, and the sale we purchased the windows from let the project in our targeted budget. The quality of goods installed is excellent, and we are looking forward to enjoying better views of our yard while having a more energy-efficient house as we move into summer.

Very beautiful

I was very happy with the management. I had a little problem, because I was supposed to get 7 windows, but I only got 6 due to the order being wrong. They gave me the 7th for free because I had to wait a couple of months, and I was really happy about that. Not only that, I would recommend Champion Windows to anyone. They made a mistake, and they took care of it. To me, that is big.

Everything went very well. The presentation by the salesperson Mark was very through and informative and the installer was very nice and did an excellent job, leaving things cleaned up and neat. I am very pleased with the whole experience.

Very pleased with the new siding on our house. From start to finish everything went well. Would highly recommend the installation crew we had working on our house. They went above and beyond and was a pleasure to work with.

I need 6 more windows not sure if I am going to have Champion do them or not. I liked my salesperson Mike Markham, and the installer Bryan.

Compared to what I had before, the windows were a vast improvement. Champion Window delivered more than what was promised.

We had a lot of problems dealing with our rep. The installation was great.

Everything went really smoothly. The salesman knew what he was talking about and was clearly looking to gain a customer rather than just sell a few windows. The installation crew was fast and neat. The windows were also made really quickly! I was originally told to expect them to be ready for installation in February and possibly March, but then got a call to schedule the installation at the start of January!

Absolutely would NOT recommend. Complete lack of communication.

There was a lack of communication with Champion Windows. They emailed me about getting an installation scheduled, but no one answered my calls to get a date to install.

From start to finish, the whole process was fantastic. Everyone was super easy to work with, and did everything they said they would without any issues. We had to alter the original design because of the dimensions of our house, and it was no problem. Everything was completed way quicker than the original time frame that they gave us, and the room is beautiful! We couldn’t be more pleased with the whole process.

I like my windows but they were SO expensive that I don’t think my friends would be interested.

Installers were great. Second time they have done work for us. Very personable.

Sales guy was great, quick, helpful. Out account manager quit and our account was never sent to a new person so we were emailing a ghost for months trying to get any information. We finally got an install (he was also nice) but our wall, not the wall our window is on, was damaged. I could get over that but it’s frustrating. And after he was done we realized the screens weren’t there. This was in MAY. It’s not the end of JULY. And Alexis still hasn’t called me back to schedule the screen install. From JUNE 21. If I could rip these windows out and return them. I would.

This was the 3rd time we used Champion and usually get great service. You failed us this time. Your installers left caulk on the glass of every window you installed this time. I complained to the installers about it and they left me a can of window cleaner that doesn’t remove caulk from glass! When I called to complain to your installation dept I was told to buy a razor blade and scrape it off myself. When I called the salesman to complain— he said the same thing. I SHOULDNT HAVE TO CLEAN NEW WINDOWS AFTER INSTALLATION!

Windows are less than 3 months old and one failed. That’s not quality

The Champion crew arrived the first week of May and set a goal to complete our sunroom by the end of the month. A crew of four workers showed up nearly every day and worked hard on the project. The workers were courteous, professional, and respected our home.

Champion waited patiently because I had some work that had to be completed before they could get started.. Once I call Doug and told him the work was complete, he, he scheduled the installation for the following week

Screens are wrong and no manager will talk to me

We are very pleased with Champion Windows and the work that they provide.

They are very difficult to contact. Do not return phone calls. You can't get a hold of anyone locally, can't reach anyone. We won't pick up calls if we don't know who they are. They never identify who they are on the caller ID.

My job had multiple issues including a huge cracked pane on my double hung window that was not taped up (I almost cut myself covering it up to wait for the replacement), an incorrect window installation, and a security threat to my house from the incorrect window. That particular window was supposed to be a regular vent, but the contractor installed a dryer vent window, backwards. So now, somebody can stick their hand into my house through that window. When I called to complain and find a solution, the manager, John, laughed at me and my problems. Upon asking for a timeline on a fix, I was not provided with one and told that if I “had any work experience at all,” I should “not expect perfection and should find another company.” Furthermore, he derided me, insinuating that I was “just looking for money off the bill,” when I all I really want is a job done right for the good money I spent. I still have not received any word about when the numerous problems with this job will be fixed.

Mark was amazing! Our installer was AMAZING. Quick & professional!

One of my windows was broken. They told me it would take 3-4 days but it actually would take 6-8 weeks to get the glass. I'm very disappointed.
