The windows allow rainwater to come into the house and collect in the slider track between the two closed windows. The repair man told me to expect the water, and it was normal. He said that amount of water, when evaporated, is no more than what my tea kettle emits. Slider style windows are "designed to allow water in" and this is what I should expect. Windows are supposed to keep weather out of the house. I would not recommend Champion to anyone because of the shotty engineered windows. These windows are not the champion. The company knows this happens and just tries to gaslight the customers into believing this is normal.

I had windows put upstairs years ago love them had a few replaced and I had great service. I had 3 basement windows installed this year and there was some mess left so I cleaned the windows and all around the area and tried to open one and the handle came off, which I assume the installer knew before leaving it was not right. I called and the gentleman came and checked everything and ordered a part 1/16 smaller and he came today and it turned out to be the same size as the original so we will see if the third time is the one? The man who takes care of problems is a good employee. I feel the quality went down since my first order.

They were very professional, did a great job on the installation, and the clean up was excellent.

Do not use Champion! It took forever for my siding to be installed. I ordered the siding in early May and the siding was installed in late August. The installer told me that the color match sealant was on back order and an installer would apply the sealant once it was available. It's now mid October and the sealant has yet to be applied. Rob Covert, the installation manager, is avoiding my calls and emails regarding the entire process.

I had replacement windows, a roof and new windows installed. The experience for all these transactions, installations, and some minor repair issues with windows was handled with professionalism and in timely fashion.

They adjusted to my schedule and delivered a wonderful product. I LOVE my new windows.

The consultation through the final installation was far better than expected. The consultant heard my needs and designed the right windows for me. I am not a fan of sharing stories about other companies which is what each consultant that I brought to the house did. I told her not to do it and she is the only one who listened!The guys who installed the windows were very professional and did a great job too.

Champion Windows has excellent quality windows, service, and warranty. Would not consider any other company. We have used them in several previous homes and wouldn't use any other company.

I was sold windows they could not produce , which was the fault of the sales girl who was let go .They did after an amount of time get my windows made and installed so I give them credit for that
