the company is a rip off, first quote for vinyl siding was 23k, told the sales rep I wanted to get other quotes, then the quote dropped to 21k, told him again I wanted to get other quotes then the quote dropped again to 18k, siding was supposed to be removed from my house, when installer came out I was told they would not remove the siding they would just put the vinyl siding on top of the old siding, they changed the quote to 17k because they were not removing the old siding, paid 10k upfront before any work was done, for them to get materials, two days after job was done they came and stole the remaining siding off my front porch that I had paid for, will never use them or recommend them to anyone, posted my experience on facebook to warn other people what they did and to warn others not to even consider champion windows for anything

Everything was handled well and the job appears to be completed correctly. I didnt have to do much.

Prompt friendly service with sales and installation

The attention to detail and the thoroughness of the team from the sales rep to the construction crew and electrician was excellent.

Dont send inexperienced people out and just have one person to show them what to do. Dont take people off the job and leave things unfinished. Rick came out and finished the job and corrected errors that were done.

All service was excellent, but there was a slight gap in communications, leaving me to only learn after install that using inside mounted blinds will void the product warranty. This information up front would likely have influenced my purchase decision as that was my plan from the beginning.

The entire project was a huge mess. The sales rep Ms Theresa never disclosed the complete information and we were left in a limbo as we had a certain amount paid out already. The windows were not manufactured as per requirements and I was blamed for not having read the contract thorougly. I also reached out to the higher ups Vlad Yatsura and Gage Tiffany. They were not helpful either.

They showed up on time. They were very professional. The installation went so well. The cleanup was great. I didn’t need to go behind them for anything.
