We like the windows! We have had them for a week and half now, and everything seems to work fine.
I've select Champion Windows twice because I was so impressed with the quality & workmanship the first time. Expensive but in the long run I think well worth the extra money.
I spoke to the supervisor, Gabe, and asked if I can speak to the regional manager. He told me, "I am not allowed to give his number out." I told him to have him give me a call. They gave me poor customer service by not responding to my call. I feel like he could have given him my number. Right is, wrong is wrong.
Champion Windows of Memphis was very professional. They were on point and kind.
I am strongly dissatisfied. I was told that when they put my windows in they would be framed out, but it wasn't. From the outside, the windows fine, but not the inside. I spent $10,000 for seven windows, and they don't look right. When we purchased the windows, my son asked him what they would look like, but all my windows are bare on the inside. I have to pay someone to finish them out. They told me it would save money on my utilities, but how long would it take to save $10,000. They took advantage of an old woman. I would not recommend them because they have to do a lot of work. They are nice windows, but until they finish out, it won't be nice.
Everything is fine. They did a great job. We are very happy!

I am likely to recommend Champion Windows of Memphis because I love the windows, they're great.
My salesperson was very professional. The demonstration in comparing the windows to what I needed was understandable, and I appreciate that. The installers did a great job of demonstrating how to use them.
As a repeat customer, I like Champion products. I have no problem referring the company to friends and family.
The windows are great. The installers were nice. Took ever 6 months to complete the project with very little communication. I was the one that had to follow up each time. I have asked for a supervisor to call me several times and I have not gotten a call.
I would not recommend Champion because they do not honor their word. I was told that the person who referred me to Champion would get a $200 referral fee and I informed this person of such. However, the person who referred me has not gotten the referral fee even after contacting Davis Hesdorffer twice. This made me seen like a liar and I do not appreciate it.
Champion Windows was timely in getting the windows in and getting them installed. I am very satisfied.
I am not likely to recommend Champion Windows because they have very poor customer service and the manufacturing issue was not resolved until 11 months after the order was placed.
The experience was wonderful both times that we used them.
Their customer service is great, but they are poor communicators as far as install dates and communicating about delays. The product was good, but the process was not great.
On 9/17 a sales rep came to my home and gave me a quote for replacement windows in my home. I told the gentleman that I would discuss it with my husband. On the following Monday we signed a contract for the replacement windows. He walked around my home a drew a map of the windows.
The following week a gentleman came to our home to measured the windows and he noticed that the sales rep did not count the correct amount of windows. He measured all of the windows and called the rep and explained the problem with him. The rep said he would come to my house on the Monday to address the issue. Monday arrived and I still hadn’t heard from him. I called him and texted him. He sent me a text back saying he was sick with Covid. He said he would set up a video call with myself and the man who was measuring the windows. I said I understand and it was not a problem.
On Friday of the same week the gentleman who measured called and asked if he could come by my home to check the measurements and go over the new contract as we had to pay an additional $3500. He told us that the rep no longer worked for the company.He double checked all of his measurements and even put tape on the windows to double check everything.
On Tuesday of this week a team come to install the new windows. They started tearing out all of the old windows and the new windows don’t fit. They are too small. The installation team calls someone one the phone and sends them a video of the windows to show that they don’t fit. They tell them to install the windows and add new wood around the windows and fill in the gaps with foam.
This team work hard all day but I still have rotten wood around my windows ,there are still gaps that the foam has not filled in, some of the wood that they installed is cracked , I have warped /damaged wall in my kitchen below the frame that was installed,I have a nail poking into my sons bedroom through the wall, and two of the screens are torn and best of all the didn’t finish the installation. Only four windows are finished. I have 12 windows still incomplete. It has already rained once since Tuesday and everything is exposed. The installation team said they would be back either on Wednesday or Thursday of this week but they never came.I call the office on Thursday as I hadn’t heard from the installation team and contacted a manager and scheduled them to come Friday afternoon. The team complained to me that they have other customers but my
Windows where not fully installed. They finished the job and it is truly sloppy work. The interior around my windows will have to be plastered and painted.
It was the easiest project. They came in, measured the windows, gave me the options, and did it.
It's a wonderful product, and I have already seen a difference. Who knew that two new windows could make a complete and total transformation?
They were very professional did great work and cleaned up behind themselves. The whole thing was just amazing. They were on time and had all the windows laid out. It was very fun experience.
Would not recommend because of quality of work. I am still waiting for work to be corrected.
I was told that the guys would clean the windows. I had to request 2 times that they clean them both times they left without cleaning. They are smudged and never got cleaned. I would appreciate someone calling me about this. Make me feel good about choosing your company.

The service was great. The guys that put my windows in did a fabulous job. They were five stars. It was the pricing. They couldn't come down on their pricing. I would recommend them but let them know the pricing was kind of high. I'm satisfied with the winwdows. It was a good window.
