Purchasing replacement windows from Champion Windows was a positive experience for me and I would definitely recommend them to a friend.
Very pleased with my windows.
They were very professional.
We had a very good experience using Champion Windows of Memphis.
They did a good job and were very professional.
My Champion Windows are beautiful. The home presentation was very helpful in understanding the different types of window panes. The Installers were fast and efficient. I would recommend Champion Windows to beautify your home.
I think they are great.
Champion damage my flower bed. My irrigation system was damaged by Champion or there selected and recommended person for my patio. There is mo way to determine whether the footing or patio damaged the system. I offered to pay for the repairs because when damage occurred is undetermined. The county did not come back to do the inspection, he ask Champion employees to take pictures and send them to him. I have asked Champion to help get the footing sub contractor to help locate the damage. Champion came out the next day took pictures and I have not heard back from them. I believe this happen around the end of June now it's the end of August.
They had poor customer service, poor communication, poor quality of work, and poor follow-up.
The product is great, but I did ask them to come back to address lamps on my siding. They are not level. They have still not come out to address my lamps.
Would not recommend.
My room was not constructed the way I was told it would be. It could have been, it just wasn't. The ceiling/roof was not installed as it was supposed to be at the time I agreed and signed the contract. It was supposed to be symmetrical from left to right so the fan and lights could be symmetrical the room. As it is, I have no lights or fan where it was supposed to be at the signing of the contract. The symmetry that I desired and was told would not be a problem was so my ceiling lighting would be the same in the old and new construction ... did not happen. The location for the ceiling fan that was supposed to be in the new construction could not be satisfied. The electrical on the interior walls for receptacles was run in a way that prevents me from easily hanging curtains/blinds as was always the plan and had been discussed with the salesman prior to singing the contract. The electrical raceways for the wiring are a different color than the walls, they have badly scared paint, and could have been easily positioned so they would have been hidden behind furniture instead of above head level were they are now, a very unattractive feature.....even if they were the same color and not damaged. Due to communication failure, again, as I was leaving the house to take my wife in for surgery, I meet the electricians. I had no idea they were coming. I was told they would arrive on the previous Friday or Monday. They didn't show, and I didn't receive a call informing me of fact for either day . I sat at home both days waiting for people that had no plan to be there. Not showing up is one thing. Not calling to let me know is much worse (Not showing up, or calling when promised has been an issue throughout the experience, the exception has been Victor. He shows up, or calls to reschedule.). Believing that the electricians would do a good job, I let them stay. Had I believed that the choices they would make were going to be so poor, I would have made them come back when I could be there to direct them. I'm not an arrogant person so I made a mistake by believing basic best practice installation and design principals would be taught, trained, and required. I personally can't believe that anyone...NO ONE...that cared about the appearance of the required electrical installation would had created what I am forced to live with. At this moment in time, I still have a leak in a wall that prevents me from completing the room. Several attempts have been made with the next effort planned for July 30th. Everyone I have dealt with has been very friendly, but follow through on promises is lacking, except for Victor. If the leak in the wall ever gets fixed, I will be left with a very expensive enclosure that will be functional. It will always be less than it could have been, and should have been (no lights, no fan where they were supposed to be, and and electrical raceways that are damaged, the wrong color, and are a standout feature when they should have been mostly hidden and taking up the space where we wanted curtains or blinds to be installed).
Champion Windows is very expensive and they did not deliver on time, but that could be due to COVID-19. There was a lot of confusion with the delivery process which was frustrating, and getting ahold of someone was a challenge. However, the quality of the windows is great and the installation crew did a great job.

Everything was great! The windows are great. They did a wonderful job and were very mindful of what they were doing. Overall, I was very well pleased!
Champion as large of a company as they are should have someone from Champion come out and inspect them.
