Have used Champion for Windows, siding and doors in 2 houses and a condo. Always a great experience with sales, I installation and service.

Good people, sales and installer

Product quality on the windows and sliding door were horrible. Installers were very good, because of the quality of the product I cannot recommend.

I would recommend Champion Windows and, in fact, have done so over the past few years.

I felt some high pressure to close the sale on the initial visit. Would have preferred a period of time to consider the estimate

The work was scheduled quicker than expected and the workmanship was outstanding. The crew were friendly and respectful, did an excellent job installing our windows, and cleaned up after. Couldn’t have asked for any better service.

Overall a very satisfying experience replacing windows for the first time in our home. From sales, support and install, we feel happy with our decision to hire Champion.

Our experience with Champion was top notch from beginning to end. Salesman, and installers were great! Very pleasant experience.

When we had our windows installed, one was broken, and they came out and replaced it with no problem.

I believe the merchandise is good, however had a couple of issues and the whole recommendation of brand will depend on how those issues are handled.

Window guys ripped hole in siding, but siding guys fixed it. Accidents do happen, all in all so far everything seems to be OK.

I love my new windows, but one kitchen window does not lock properly. It needs to be fixed.

They are not timely. I signed on April 10th, and two months later, I don't have my stuff. I text daily and get different answers. I am still waiting.

We think the windows improved the appearance of our house. It only took one day to put them in. We had only replaced part of our windows because we are retired and on a fixed income. Before the end of the year, we plan to order the rest of the windows and have them replaced.

This is the second time I have used Champion Windows for replacing windows in my home. The salesman Davis Hesdorffer, listened and participating in recommendations for my needs. He did not oversell or over promise. It was a pleasure working with the “team” at Champion and will not only recommend them, but if I need additional windows replaced, will use them again

They did a good job!

I was particularly impressed with the installers, with how they handled it and quickly handled it. Everything the company said would happen when they said it would. I like that.

The product (windows and doors) is great and the people were pleasant enough to work with. My dissatisfaction comes from the complete lack of communication during the time we were waiting on our front door to be re-done. The initial measurements were incorrect x3 times. We were also told that the new corrected door would be a "rush". The door was not installed until 9 months later. If I had not followed up often, I feel like we would still be waiting on the door. The Install team was ok to work with. No one ever proactively reached out to me regarding a status update with out prompting.

We haven't heard back. They were supposed to call us back to follow up with us about the sliding glass door. I have not heard from the, yet.

I am likely to recommend Champion Windows to a friend because they have great customer service, a great salesman, and great installation.

Champion has always been easy to work with and great products!

Despite the higher price, I chose Champion because I thought the job would be done quickly. Instead, it took about 11 months from order to final completion.

The whole process was effortless. The salesperson was friendly, helpful and informative. The installation crew was professional, clean, and polite. They cleaned up after themselves. There was no large debris in my yard after they left. There were no scheduling conflicts; in fact, they called me to mitigate weather concerns.

I have no intention of recommending Champion and outright discourage business with the company for multiple reasons. Please reference BBB Customer Compliant, MANY customer service calls and social media review. Our account and project file could be used as a very complete teaching basis for improvement across many company areas!

They exceeded my expectations.

Customer service from the project manager Mike Mcinerney was unacceptable. This project took far longer than acceptable. I understand all of the obstacles but more lucrative jobs were given priority and I was told many many times that my job would be completed in a couple weeks and it never happened for months. I was becoming very upset and he acted like it was no big deal. Of course it wasn't for him but for me this was a big deal.

Anyone who is looking for windows in my circle, I have been telling them about Champion.

This is the third time I have had windows installed by Champion Windows of Kansas City.

Took money up front for windows and 2 outside doors. Nov. 11, 2022- still not completed. I have called 4 times. Still no doors & no response from company on the situation.

Installation crew was great. Did a fabulous job.

If I know of someone looking for new windows, I will definitely recommend Champion. It was a pain-free process from beginning to end, and all appointments were quick and easy, with great results.

This is project #2 at our home by Champion Windows. From the sales experience to the final installation, communication was excellent, everything was on time, and the workmanship was superb. Rooms are warmer even with the really cold weather we had last week.

Not sure if I would recommend. I don't feel that the windows are the best quality. The windows are very cold in the winter so it allows the house to stay cooler. A relative got new windows at the same time as I did but with another company. Thier windows are not as cold as mine. So disappointed there. Disappointed in the lack of follow through when an issue came up.

There should have been a better "final check," when the job was done.

The sales consultant and the installation crew were wonderful. Champion Windows is a terrific company, and I am very satisfied.

We’ve had nothing but problems from the start. You’re better off hiring an independent contractor or seeking other window companies. For what we’re paying for 5 basement windows and after the sales pitch, I expected a smooth, hassle-free install; it’s proven to be anything but that.
