The installers arrived on time and were very professional. They had all 15 windows installed in about 4 hours . It was a pleasure to watch them work . They were a great team who really seem to enjoy working with each other. The quality of their work was outstanding

I am currently disputing my credit card payment to this company because the work that was done is not what I was promised and was installed over wood rot, even though I told the installers not to do it if they weren’t going to replace the frame. I called Champion Customer Service at that time, but it was a Saturday and they told me they had no access to any of my account information.
Quality experience from start to finish
I felt like I was interacting with two different companies: the people at the 1-800 number were more friendly and agreeable to my questions than the humans here in Kansas City.
One of my payments was lost by a team member and I was repeatedly contacted as of I did not pay. I had to stop payment on the check and issue another. Second, the installer ran into my in-ground basketball goal creating over $1300 worth of damage. It still is yet to be resolved and my windows were installed over a month ago
Great customer service - everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable and communicative.
When the first installation crew arrived, they did not have the complete order; one window was missing. It left the front of the house looking ‘unfinished’ until the missing window could be fabricated and installed, almost a two month delay. The crew left tools behind. The second crew arrived later in the day than scheduled (almost dark out), but did a nice job. The windows quality, fit and finish was excellent.
We had our whole house windows replaced, and the crew that came operated like a well oiled machine! They were also very nice and professional. Our windows look great now!

I like the way the installers parked their vehicles in the street. I like the way the installers laid down tarps inside and outside of the house to catch all the debris. The installer on the inside of the house even took his shoes off. They were very professional and did quality work. I’m very satisfied.

The salesperson was not honest with us when he told us, after we had expressed concern, that the windows he had sold us would not restrict our view but that they would instead give us a wider view than the ones we were replacing.
The installers were prompt and courteous. The product is built specifically for the project and is high quality.

Champion had a sales guy and measured guy come out to the house but quoted a basement door that was not compatible with the current enclosure. Installer came out to install and said it wouldn't work. It took over three months and countless phone calls to get an acceptable resolution to this which was simply to remove the door from the contract and install the two windows at the original price. I was blown away by the incompetence and horrible customer service. No way I would ever recommend this company and instead will steer people away from it. Most frustrating customer experience of my life.

Champion is to reimburse me $150 for the fee I paid for a variance so they could get the permit. This has been promised to me since 5/7. Still not received as of 8/9.
Experience was good from start to finish. Took a little longer than I thought it would. Sales rep did real good, worked with me to get correct windows. Installation crew was professional, windows all work and look good. The crew left a little trash behind including someone's personal car key.
We should have been told that we would need to entirely replace all of our existing window treatments. Scott assured us it would all be able to be put back together and look the same as it did before the installation which is not the case.
Everything went great once we got past the salesman.
Our installer worked mostly by himself. He worked in the wind and heat. We had a 14 x 20 screened in poach which he demoed and wrapped to make a new 3 season room for us. Took a little while but he basically rebuilt of deck all by himself. Tyler is a great worker, and Champion should be proud to have him

Your partnership with Slice by FNBO is what soured me. They required me to approve 4 separate “draws” which took weeks, and I cannot increase the monthly payment amount to have it paid off in 18 months instead of 26 so now I have to monitor it to make sure it remains in the same as cash window. FNBOs makes it so I will not use you again. I have 4 other windows to replace and I will be going with someone else.

I was COMPLETELY mislead about the expensive blinds I have being able to work w/your windows.
The siding installation is still not complete as of 07/02/25. They started on 06/09/25. We were told by Salesman that installation would take 3-4 days to complete
Well .....they showed up on time, were professional, placed plastic on the floor to protect the carpet, worked hard, and did a GREAT job. Should have had them do the first set of windows instead of Anderson.
No significant issues with install with last year's order for 12 windows but several issues with this year's install for 8 windows.
All staff of great to deal with and installers were very respectful and done great work in a timely manner.
Most of our friends, neighbors, and relatives are not currently in the market for major siding upgrades to their houses.
Was overall disappointed with the experience versus what I paid. On the positive side, the salesman and the installation manager REALLY helped me get our windows installed after my dog completely broke my large picture window in the front room. That was great.
However, overall I’m just not so sure I’d spend the extra money if I had to do it again. The 2 installers didn’t speak English as their primary language and one didn’t speak it at all. This led to some miscommunication and confusion. The one who did speak decent English left at one point. I have no idea where he went or why. When the other didn’t speak English, and was at my house by himself, it made it a little awkward. I asked him where the screen was to the new large, sliding window was, and he told me I didn’t have any. Of course we had to communicate through a translation app so not sure he completely understood. I called the installation manager who told me I didn’t pay for a screen and those are extra. How do you spend over 3 grand on a window, that opens on both sides (vertically), and NOT have screens?!? Not only would bugs come in but it would be a safety concern with children (or dogs) getting out, or worse, burglars getting in. As the installers were wrapping up, they put screens in, which just made me that much more confused.
The other window I had replaced was a window with wooden trim in the shower of the bathroom. The reason we wanted it replaced was because of the wood rot. We were told the rotten wood would be removed and a new, frosted window would be put in. This was the reason we decided to get this window replaced too. Well, most of the wood was removed. The rest of the wood just got caulk out over it. So irritating to spend this much money and not get what we wanted/paid for. Very disappointed that a company that prides themselves on customer service would drop the ball like this.
I am very pleased with my product, the salesman’s explanation and the experience of the crew and everything that Champion Windows did for me. I got them in a very reasonable time and they scheduled it in a very reasonable time. I am highly satisfied and would recommend them to anybody.

The installation/window manufacture was less than expected.
The color of the windows did not match the screen frames.
One screen had paint gone, under the sticker, where it could not be seen until after the sticker was removed.
The stickers had to be removed from all screens, and the adhesive film left on the screen frame could not be easily removed. I used Goof Off, what would other customers use?
The glass part of the windows all had some finger marks or caulking on them. As 3 of 4 are on the second floor, not all glass outside has been cleaned. Which if I find that it cannot be removed, it may be on the inside of the double/triple pane windows. I'll really be upset if I find that.
I don't understand why the installer doesn't remove the stickers and wash the glass before they leave, or come back in a few days to complete the work
The installer was very pleasant and did a nice job on the basic window installation.
Sorry it took me so lone to get back with you my moms been in the hospital. The men were very nice and polite. They cleaned up after themselves

The price was reasonable and the installers did an excellent job. They cleaned up everything and I could not even tell that anyone was there. The windows look perfect and was better than i expected.
The staff was very friendly, the windows look amazing, the whole process was quick and easy.
Our sales person was great. We would have given a 10 but at the end of the presentation we had to speak to the ‘closer’. He tried to use strong arm tactics. It was very off-putting
I love how my new windows look. I'm anxious to see how much of a difference I will see in my electric bill. From the salesman through installation I can't recommend Champion enough.
