Clean, respectful of our property....work very quickly and efficiently.
Champion Windows was very difficult to communicate with to get the job started.
Very good job. Love my new windows.
Champion Windows took measurements and a $600 deposit for a window installation and failed to order the window. When I spoke with the office they said they would email and expedite the contract but they never did.
Very dependable and beautiful window and wonderfully clean up after window installed.
The whole process was very good, from beginning to the installation, everything was explained very clearly the installers were very prof and did a really great job.
Workmanship was well done
I would rate the quality of the windows as 5 stars but the customer service as a 1 star.
They have good warranty, even when I had windows repair, it went smoothly, and fixed with no problem.
Champion Windows of Cleveland's windows are good. I love them.
Work was of poor quality, even when they returned for second time
I love the sun, the builders were very nice, quick and efficient.
I was very happy with the guys who came out and signed me up for the window. I did that in August, and I explained that I was going to be leaving in October. They assured me that the window would be in by October. I understand the problems with transportation, but I did not get the window in until December. My mother-in-law passed away, so we did have to cancel our trip for October. I did talk to several people at Champion that said they were setting me up. Then they had to cancel, and that happened again. Finally, I talked to the District Manager, and he said that he would have the window put in by Friday, because the weather wasn't going to be nice. That was in December, and I was still here, and we were still concerned about my mothers-in-law's funeral. The guys who came out the last time to actually put in the window, they were excellent. If I hadn't had the problem of getting the window in when I requested it, and I gave them two or three weeks, I would have given 5 stars.
I'm going by this last set of windows that we had installed. It was a nightmare and they're still not done with the windows.
The only problem is the high cost.
I would say Salesman & the installation crew were excellent.
They were professionals and they did a great job.
They were very accommodating for us. My dad was diagnosed with cancer right after we placed the order. The room was going to be used as his hospice room. I contacted our sales representative and asked if they could be installed as soon as possible. They rushed us in and it worked out good. Two days later we had to have my dad in that room.
Their customer service sucks.
They did an excellent job.
windows are nice, but the installers where not up tp expectations
My job took them six months to finish and it was a hassle.
They're good quality windows for a reasonable price.
I am having a leaking problem and it is taking me a while to get someone out to have the problem resolved.
A little difficulty getting installation scheduled due to unforseen circumstances. The installation went very well. I am please with the windows. The real test will be this winter
