I was completely satisfied.
I had no problems. everyone as kind and courteous. They did good installation and cleaned up when they were done. I have no complaints.
job for my home was ordered in august. installation was done in mid November on the coldest day of the fall. in my opinion the project materials were harder to work with and can tell the way siding and trim was attached, cut and installed. was not as precise and pristine. the aluminum trim and way it was attached does not look professional. crew left debris strewn throughout the yard found nails in the driveway. the instructions and what salesman Jake and I talked about in August 2019 were not followed leading to the project not getting completed until late January of 2020. specifically discussed with Jake the removal of awnings on front dormers and not reattaching them because of there age. after crew put up the new siding the awning was reattached drilling into the new siding. overall dissatisfied with way project looks and the way it was installed. paid for a Cadilac and a Yugo was delivered. regret going with Champion and paying the high price for below average work. Terrible
Champion was the most expensive company that we looked at but what sold us immediately was the straight forward and absolutely complete warranty. The salesman was not pushy, the installation crew were very nice and finished ahead of schedule, and we couldn't be happier with the finished look of the house.
The guy that came out to quote my install told me I would have to remove my blinds, and they would have to remove some woodwork and siding. The gentleman that did my install did not remove anything. He did a great job and he was professional. He did all 5 doors in one day.
They are good quality windows but in the end, with the issue, I had with scheduling, then I would have trouble recommending them.
Jake was rude and disrespectful after our contract was already in process. Poor communicationLacked Timeliness of resolving issuesWe called several times to mgmt and no return calls for weeks. It took over a month to resolve issue.
Love my windows. So happy I picked Champion. Installers were top notch with attention to every detail.
From the sale, to the wrong ordering, to my 3-part installation, to the CEO, to customer service follow-up, to to billing error. This has been a real disappointment as I am a repeat customer.
The first crew showed up to install a new sliding glass door. Not only did they install it improperly, but then denied that it was their problem. Someone else came by the view the issues and immediately agreed that it was not done properly. We had to wait weeks and miss work to have them come back to reinstall the door.
I have used Champion before and there is no question about the product or installation contractors. They are professional in every way and back up they're product and service as promised. This kind of professional service these days usually comes at a cost and it does. But if you need a job done right the first time, and is backed by a Lifetime guarantee, I would recommend Champion.
The experience was above and beyond of our expectations.
Love my new windows. Working with Champion was great.
Overall I had a good experience with Champion Windows. The sales rep, Jake Syzmanski, was knowledgeable and courteous, and was able to answer all the questions that I had as a first-time homeowner embarking on their first project. The only part of the experience that I didn't like was the time between signing the paperwork and installation dragged on a bit (~4 months) due to some permitting issues with the city (if you live in Shaker Heights or Cleveland Heights, ask questions about the permitting process and try to make as few changes to the exterior of your home as possible. My first application was rejected due to not having grids, and they gave us some grief for changing the color of the window pane itself). For a time, there wasn't a lot of communication from Champion as to the status of the permitting, but once I contacted them they were very good about keeping me in the loop with what was going on. The installation crew was stellar, and were able to install ten windows in just a little over a day; they got all windows replaced and sealed the first day, and only had to come back the next day for a couple hours to finish some of the exterior details. If you're looking for new windows, definitely give Champion a call.
They are a good quality company with good quality materials and work. I have not been disappointed at all with the sunroom, I've enjoyed it immensely we've had many compliments on it from friends. It will be interesting to see how it works throughout the winter and I am very pleased with the outcome.
Champion Windows was very professional, on time, and they do very good work.
They were courteous and I was very pleased with the clean-up. We have used them previously and got estimates before we went with them again. They beat the other estimates and the quality was better than expected.
I would rate this a zero at the moment. My concerns need to be addressed. It is disappointing that nobody has contacted me regarding the email that I sent. I feel that it should have been responded to immediately.
We could not be more satisfied with the windows we purchased.
Installation took longer than expected. I had to call twice for an update.
It is much too early to make the determination of the quality of the materials.
The installers did an amazing job. The door is perfect.
The experience with this purchase was a learning experience. The install was what I expected and informed from the rep that measured the windows. The team that did the install were nice and pleasant. Windows are good quality.
I did not get one of the storm doors I ordered. After weeks of delay, I was told that the door I requested could not be made in any color but white. However, when the doors were finally installed, the style was not the same as I ordered and it lacked the key lock I had deliberately chosen. I am sorry I didn't choose a different contractor for this project.
Thank you and continue to do a good job.
