This is the third time I ordered windows from Champion and this time I also included new vinyl shutters with my project. Delivery time to receive materials took over 3 months to receive and the shutters still have not been received as the initial batch were made incorrectly - 7" short. I was quoted delivery would take 8 weeks. The windows shipped with many imperfections. The color bonding had scratches around various sections of the frame and sashes. All four windows had these imperfections and I understood touch-up is usually provided with windows to correct these imperfections. However the correct touch-up paint was not provided - out of stock. The installation of the windows did not go well. First, the installers were not careful and left nicks, scratches and smudges in the front door frame, wood molding around the window frame and walls around the windows. Second, all of the windows developed a bow in the center of their frames which allowed the screens to fall out of their tracks and created air gaps between the sashes and frame. The installer's supervisor scheduled the same crew to correct their mistakes but it took another four days before they could return. However the problems did not end. I found the interior calk they used to correct the installation must have been expired because it didn't cure even after 72 hours. So the project is incomplete with gooey calk around the interior of the windows and non-delivery of the shutters. Delivery time of the replacement shutters has not been determined. Lastly, I have been left with the chore to remove the gooey calk and apply fresh calk.

Multiple issues noticed upon completion as of now I'm neutral on referring champion however if they are able to fix all the issues in a timely manner I would happily refer them to friend and colleagues.

Wrong windows installed, outside trim also fell off 2 of 3 windows after 2 days installed. Still waiting on call back after 3 days of reporting issue.

The installer were great and very professional

The process was smooth, communication was plentiful, the glass block windows are high quality.

It’s been a nightmare this time around We out in 7 doors and 12 windows back in 2010 and never had an issue We went back to finish with a bay window and two side windows They were suppose to come three times and never show up The bay window is not the size that I was promised They intended to leave the old roof over the new window The new window is not even half the size of the old one the two who put it in told me it looked nice and I could hang bird feeders or hang a trellis! They said they didn’t know how to out in a roof and besides it wa too late in the day to do that!

The salesmen left or got fired. Nobody called me. I finally called in after 4 months. Jack said there would be no payment till the job was done. That wasn't true. I was charged 9970.00 by the end of November of 2023. The job wasn't completed till MARCH 2025!!!! This job was a 5x23 foot porch with no floor. Literally a 3 day job. All I got was excuses. AM I HAPPY? NO I AM NOT. There should have been money taken off the job for an 18 month wait. I had so much smoke blown up my butt I'm still farting smoke. Not to mention the that's made by the office manager if I didn't proceed. I never talked about cancelling. I will not do business with any company owned by these people. I will tell every one I know how I was treated and the the work done.

Contract was signed 09/30/23, and project not finished until 12/24. Much clean up still remains. Pit under deck was supposed to be filled with gravel, it is not. Large sheets of discarded plywood remain in my yard, along with pieces of plastic and aluminum. Temporary bridge built to carry materials remains in my yard along with 12 foot pieces of timber. Piles of dirt and rock left on lawn need to be removed. That said, I feel that the construction was excellent and that my contact with your local representative, Cory Gamer, was superlative

My order was placed and payment accepted with an estimated install in 8-10 weeks. It was 9 weeks when the install coordinator shared with me that our door order was not placed with the factory due to some internal processing issue. The install was finally completed 20 weeks after payment was received.

Everybody was very professional. Pricing was great and sales rep was extremely knowledgeable. Product looks very good.

Paid $2000 a window for a total of $8000. Installation poor and sloppy. Had to use a razor blade to clean off black gunk on brand new windows. One new window defective and being replaced. Loyal repeat customer and will no longer purchase Champion. No quality control.

I was very pleased with the salesperson’s. Julian Jackson, helpfulness in choosing the right product. He explained the process in full and everything happened on schedule just as Julian said it would happen.

The two young men who removed the old windows & installed the new windows were very professional but friendly. They did a great job and I love my new windows.

Was a great experience for a construction project

I am happy to recommend you guys if anyone asks about windows, but I’m not just randomly throwing out window companies in conversation.

The sales representative, office staff, supervisor, and installation crew, far, far exceeded my expectation.
The quality, appearance, and value for this top of the line product is to be admired.

I like the windows, the installer was great, the salesman professional. I think having half screens is not practical.

Patio roof installed in 2015 and windows installed in early 2024. All work done professionally. HOWEVER, Champion is not honoring their commitment to servicing their products. This area needs to be looked at!
