Hassling me for the final payment when we are awaiting two windows
Every thing was a great experiance from sales to install.
Terrible customer service. Constant pressure to sign Certificate of Completion even though work was never - to this day - completed. Multiple handles on the casement windows have fallen off. I have no children at home. The windows are not abused or mishandled- it’s an overall poor product and poor product design.
Took too long 4 months to install. The storm door was the wrong size and I don’t know when that will be completed. The crew who came were very rude and combative upon their arrival. They were very loud and they yell
Champion windows came highly recommended by our neighbors. The windows and patio door have now been installed and are definitely NOT what we had expected. I have already shared an email with your CI-Team on Wednesday 6/11/25 (two days after installation) with a list of things that are not satisfactory, and have not heard back. They DID communicate regarding the fact that a repair order had gone in regarding a window (master bedroom) that arrived here with a broken pane, and the lock cylinder in the sliding door is faulty. We have not yet received any response to our email - not even an acknowledgement that it has been received.

Still have not received $400 credit card that Matthew Slavin said was approved over a month ago.

Champion windows may be good products, but the company lacks in customer service and customer support.
Two installers worked hard for 6 hours. They were exceptional. All done except screen door had a rip and the bottom stops were cut too short. I have to wait 2 weeks for screen door then a 4 hour window which is ridiculous since if you had done your work correctly I would not be in a position to waste 4 hours
It’s really to early I feel to rate Champion. The up front installation went very well well, but as a new customer let’s see how you respond when a problem occurs.

The team was extremely professional, and I’m continually impressed by the quality of the build.
Salesman did not emphasize how GREEN the tint on these windows are. Also did not emphasize that since all UV is blocked, any plants you have will die. I am not happy with the product but realize I am stuck. The windows themselves seem to be an OK product. They are also EXTREMELY expensive.

The extent of your incompetence and lack of professionalism is breathtaking. I ordered windows from you in 2023 and I am still waiting to make right what is wrong. You are apparently incapable of sending the proper part, the one that was repeatedly requested. One of my windows, the left sash, cracked all over shortly after it was installed. You kept sending the right sash and once, what you sent (right sash) was also the wrong color. I stopped counting at 5. Last week Champion people arrived to replace trim. I don't know what they did but the trim is still a different color and a different texture from the other trim in these windows. I doubt that you will ever read this. While the windows were of high quality it took too long for Champion to deliver the product. I ordered the windows from Champion in August of 2024 and the windows were not installed until February of 2025.
The windows are wonderful. Everyone was professional and knew the work that needed to be done. Any issues were addressed immediately. My only comment is the screens were sloppily made (2 had wrinkles, not trimmed well) and one of my bathroom windows cracked right after being installed. I brought it to the installers attention and they submitted it to be replaced (wish I would have communication as to how it was being addressed and when)

The wait for the windows to be installed was too long. July 17, 2025 to January 3, 2025. Factory had trouble with picture window being made. The service dept staff were nice but they needed more workers. Very hard to get responses.
The beginning of the process was great. Our salesperson spent a good amount of time answering our questions, although when we asked about the many negative reviews, we didn’t really get a response, which made us hesitant. The measurements happened soon after and then everything slowed down. We got approval from our HOA very quickly but it still took months to finalize the designs and for our project manager to submit. We recognized he was probably dealing with high volumes of orders so that was okay but when we asked for a general timeline we were told a couple of months. We signed the contract end of May and install was completed end of December. Seven months seems like a long time but what was frustrating was the lack of communication- i called every month to see if our project manager could give us any indication of a timeline and was always told we just had to wait. Everything turned around the end of November when we called and learned our project manager was no longer with the company and that our doors were in. We were scheduled the next week. From then on, the process was great.
Champion is the right window company if you need a house full of windows. Currently I know no one who does.
I already wrote a review earlier. The basic bottomline(s) are: 1. Failure to communicate internally within and between the local and corporate company. Sometimes orders had arrived and local guys did not know it, or could not find it. Very difficult initially to connect with corporate to file a complaint. Did you get my email or not??? Did he get my message ??? Slowness in communicating back to the customer (me).
2. Misrepresentation of the product and what can and cannot be done. After the contract signed they said, 'we can't do that, change it, more money.'
3. The main hub manufacturing company did not seal ALL the windows properly; a regional representative flew here and inspected them and said 'unacceptable'; they had to remake 6 sliders and sliding door, lengthening the project another month. Initial contract signed May 1, '24, project completed mid Nov. '24. Supposed to be done Aug. 1. 4. Fortunately I have a friend who was excellent at going over their work and rework and calling them up to redo, adjust, etc etc. small mistakes which they did in a timely manner. I would not have been able to notice many of these mistakes, though they were important. 5. The salesperson Richard Vargas was excellent and knew what he was talking about. 6. The regional manager Steve from Nebraska was very excellent and flew here 4 times; he personally came to my house and got things moving. He gave me his personal cell phone number which I tried not to abuse. He took a call during his honeymoon (I did not know he was on leave). I really appreciated him. 7. The local person who was the biggest miscommunicator, later was fired so maybe the local company is better. I am now happy with the porch; it looks nice, etc. It was hell for 2 months getting things straightened out.
8. Also the initial bid was less than 2 others I had received. This was my basic experience. I hope things have changed.

Windows are good.
The quality of the windows is excellent. We shopped other window companies and there was no comparison to the value.
There were three separate times that my scheduled meeting times or appointment times were no call, no shows. Only until I reached out to them, did they acknowledge that they weren't going to make the appointment or were're going to be extremely late.
Taking to long for the last window to come in. The one they installed was scratched. They reordered and we been waiting again since July.Now we are almost to the end of October.
The windows, the install, and the people we interact with were great. However, the timeline vs what we were promised was horrendous as we detail below.
