Marcos, did an excellent job on installing our sunroom by himself.

Installers had to come out a second to correct initial install that was set to far inside windows. When asked installers said that is how windows were measured. Same 5 windows as ones replaced on 1st floor the new windows were right above on 2nd floor

Champion was all around wonderful to work with.

Better communication after the sale would be good. I ordered the door on 7/15 but the order didn't go in until 8/8 and I expected it to be ready based on the earlier date. Messages I left for my sales rep weren't answered, but I guess he had left the company.

The whole experience was easy. All the representatives from sales to installation were helpful and knowledgeable in every aspect. They answered questions to our satisfaction. Everything was done in a timely manner.

Champion hasn't finished the job! The installers never finished the sheet rock installation. Also, anindividual from Albuquerque Champion named Frank called me and DEMANDED a final payment even though the job wasn't completed. I should have never paid the final amount.

Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. They did a great job and answered all my questions.

We had a good experience with all of the people at Champion and really appreciate the quality of the product. Very likely to recommend Champion for windows that really need high efficiency but the price is high.

Igor and Daniel did not take any short cuts. They worked steadily all day.
