nice job/ nice windows, evened our indoor temperature in the house, the employees were extremely polite and careful. answered any and all questions. Clean cut and nice guys. Was told Premium siding, manufactured by Champion. Received contractor quality from local lumber yard. Installation crew was a joke, one guy, and 2 part time helpers that showed up 3 of the 7 days of installation. Wife's Flower bed on side of house was destroyed. And 2 weeks after installation, still waiting for leftovers to be removed.

While the new doors were costly, I think I will be pleased with the results.

They were great in 2014 when they did the majority of my windows and Adam came out and put windows in for me on April 22 great job wasn’t here very long, very professional. I love the results.

It was such a satisfying experience with the sales person. His demonstration of the window efficiency and design was extremely helpful in my decision making.

I took a day off work to be there for the job and they tell me one of the doors was never ordered and it'll be done a different day. Never knew that until they showed up. The workers didn't wear boot protectors, and did not put up a wall. The only reason I knew this should be done is the worker that came to put in the door after being ordered said that's how it's supposed to be done. Also trying to get an answer of my door status was incredibly difficult and would get put off for weeks. 12,000 dollars? Really? That's the quality of service for 12,000 dollars?

They cleaned up after installation! I appreciated that!

I was very pleased with my installer Issiah; he is very experienced and knowledgeable. He did an outstanding job eon installing my windows and made sure the company was aware immediately to the flawed window. He worked nonstop and very meticulous on his work. Beautiful job! He also installed the door with Adam they did an incredible job! They are a great asset to champion windows. I am so grateful and thankful for Issiah's knowledge and truly cares for the customer and the product he installs.

The Workmanship of the installment was the best I've ever seen.

Salesman was great he answered all our questions. Was curtious and very respectful. There was a problem with the order ( one window was broke so had to wait another 10 weeks for the order to be complete but when it came in, the installers made up the difference. Their quality of work and integrity of getting the job done and done correctly were 2nd to none. Would recommend to anyone!

I would recommend your very knowledgeable Salesperson Jake Sinkovics. I could not recommend the installation crew for the following reasons: Caulking was not to our standards. We are still trying to paint over the caulking on our house exterior that went way above the patio door top. The interior caulking also isn't to our standards. In other words the caulking in many areas isn't a smooth line from start to stop points and some of it is discolored. Not sure if that is due to dirty hands trying to smooth it out or substandard caulk being used. In addition, to pay the amount we did we expected the patio windows to be cleaned after installation. They were horribly dirty.
