Jeremy is wonderful. The installation crew did good work. The windows are beautiful.

Paperwork was signed on June 28, 2025 and wasn't completed until January 28, 2026. I had to initiate communications almost ever step of the way to get updates. At one point, I was told I needed to contact the electrician subcontractor to see when he would be out. That seems like it would be the project manager's responsibility.
Finally, I don't think I received a quality product for the price. Time will tell.

The overall process was very poor. Door was not what we ordered. Door was damaged upon installation and follow up was poor.

The quality of windows and professional installation

My problem is not so much in the quality of your material it is in the scheduling of the work. Yes this is the holiday season but I was assured that this project would be completed by Christmas so my family could enjoy the new four season addition to our house here it is Jan 3 the electrical work has not even been started let alone completed and I do not even have a definite start date just a well I should be able to be there around the first or second week of January we will see if this happens.

Weeks after we paid the first installment we had to sign an addendum changing the storm door because the company changed model numbers and it no longer matched. Salesperson said he thought it was the same door. Didn't inspire confidence. More than half the money due upfront is ridiculous as well.

We did not get matching hardware on our doors which is the only reason we went with champion. Also we requested repairs on our current champion product with a lifetime guarantee and we're told there would be $189 trip charge and them a fee to fix the screens and the sliding door.

The measure tech came in like a bull in a china shop resulting in poor measurements and ill fitting windows.

Windows was a good quality. Never seen any tinted before . Looks nice.

I waited 3 months for installation and during that time communication and updates had to be initiated by me.

Absolutely ZERO communication. I was told by several different reps that I would receive a call back in reference to my siding order and never received a call back. I had to call corporate several times to get any correspondence. I was once told by John or Jonathan (whomever the manager was) that I needed to stop calling corporate or else I was only “gonna make them mad”.

I was not only impressed with the product but the workers themselves!

Waiting to see if they come out to check on issues we have with new windows. Message sent today. May change rating.

Size of window is smaller by 2 inches width and length. This was never explained to me. I was told the windows are custom made to an 1/8 of an inch. A 1 inch encasement around the entire window was a complete surprise. If I had known this, I would have never bought from Champion. I regret this purchase of 18 windows. If I could, I would have them removed. Very disappointed. I purchased this house in part because of the windows. Now I hate them

I have not had any other company come out and give me estimates. The workmanship was good. The material looks excellent. I have nothing else to say

Great service and a professional team

The entire process was professional, easy and quick: from the sales to installation.

Signed contract in Oct 2024. Windows arrived in Feb and were installed in March. Main center window above the porch was too big, and the two accent windows to the left and right had the wrong grids. Two transom windows had grids but were not supposed to. That meant 25% of the windows were wrong. Replacement windows arrived in mid-June. Center window and two accent windows grids do not line up and one of the accent Windows was cracked. Someone will come out next Friday to remeasure and reorder the three windows.

Cleanup was good but some materials were left on n my roof and killed an area of grass in the front

I got windows and a door. It is beautiful. A think the prices are a little high but quality work.

Over all the sales person and installation guys were all professional.

When the technician finished up on the last day he showed me the functionality of the doors and windows (from inside) and explained the warranty. Later that day when I was cleaning up and washing the windows, I found a screw lodged in the black seal on one of back panels on the outside. I called right away to report the issue and request a service call for them to come back and fix. This was last Thursday the 19th no one from the local office has called to acknowledge or schedule an appointment

I withhold my final opinion until a technician comes in about 10 days. Also, I have not been given any answers to questions I posed in a previous survey submitted. This is a way to express my dissatisfaction but I was hoping for a dialog with someone in authority who can offer suggestions to fix my dissatisfaction.

Window installation sooner. Full walk through, we have already found a cracked window.

The installation of 2 doors in our home resulted in a mistake by Champion that they never owned. Champion took 4 Years from beginning to end of the project to resolve this problem. Champion never admitted they made a mistake, and when they finally conceded some compensation to us as the customer (after 4 years of us trying to resolve the issue), they then voided our warranty which seemed very much like they were punishing us for their mistake.

The installers that did the job were professional, tidy and efficient. They answered all my questions. Props to Steve and Chase. Also the manufacturing of my sunroom only took 6 weeks.
