DO NOT USE CHAMPION. The salesman Andrew will be amazing and smile as he lies to you. Make promises that will reveal themselves to be untrue then drop you after you commit. A free cruise that turned out to be a coupon voucher you have to buy. Quality of work is very poor and service is a complete joke. This company is not the only game in town and is not inexpensive either. Take your money someplace else. My project was 4 small windows, $4k and 4 months have passed and still waiting on service to correct their errors after calling and calling having many frustrating convos. This companies policy is to withhold direct ph numbers to any level of management staff so you will be left to call an 800 # talking to a diff rep each time that has no power to make any type of decisions. They only take mssgs for staff who will never call you back. I had to go all the way up to the top management team at the out of state corp office to get anyone's attention. Very disappointed 😞

Does not stick to appointment times. Contracted employees “non champion employees” sub contractors. do not care about product quality. They just install the products. Any problems you better get a fine tooth comb. And go thru products properly.

Your windows are a great product.

When thay take off old window trim thay broke the frame to the point there was no wood in places. I was told you would replace rotten frame work around windows. I didn't think thay would brake the frames . Well the rotten wood and the broken wood just got covered up . Some windows were so shamed the window sills are not the same size. As for the windows them selfs it to early to tell.

Very poor communication from salesman. Product not installed but bills were sent to me. Product finally installed-missing screens.

My low rating reflects the overall experience rather than the final outcome. While the issue was ultimately resolved, it required Champion to completely remove and redo the work that was originally installed a process that took three full days of labor.

The fact that such extensive rework was necessary shows that the initial installation was not done correctly or inspected with sufficient quality control. (The first attempt was some rolled roofing, flashing and caulk which took them 2 hours)

What was most disappointing was the lack of accountability and responsiveness early in the process. I had to make multiple calls and follow-ups before the problem was properly addressed. The resolution team that finally came out did excellent work, but it shouldn’t have taken that level of escalation to get to that point.

To make things right, Champion should focus on improving initial installation quality, verifying work before completion, and providing more proactive communication and accountability when issues arise.

I would absolutely recommend Champion to a friend.

Initial install delivered 7 damaged sashes. Reorder was only for 6 windows, delivered a LEFT slide instead of a right

This was the worst experience with a home project we have ever had. The project manager didn’t communicate well to us, the concrete guys no call, no showed us the first day and we weren’t notified they would be coming the next day and Brandon didn’t send the new plans after the variance was approved to the concrete people so they spent a whole day digging the wrong size trench and cut our step unnecessarily. The project had to change and it’s not what we wanted but we were too far into the project to get out of it. We have had be following along and on top of everything with this project.

Called July 7th about a door issue. No one could come out until July 30 but you had to have the service call payment when I called. Mark came out, couldn't fix the door, had to check with his manager, still have not heard back(2 days later)

This was a replacement of a Champion window I had installed last year but a tree in our yard broke through the window so we needed the replacement window replaced. When they came to install the replacement window, The metal wrap for the windows was the wrong shade of red. They did not have the correct color of caulk either so job was not finished After they left I observed that the window was not in the correct position. It was not level with the tops of the windows on either side and was in too far. I called to let them know that was a problem. They said they would fix it when they came back to caulk. Three weeks went by, me calling often, to see when they were going to finish. I spoke to Julius the installation supervisor who did come out and looked at the issues. At four weeks, they cameJulius sent out a different service tech, Jeff. He worked over two days to reset the window, properly caulk and repair the work that had been done previously.

Installers were great. They did a very good job installing my windows and answering my questions.

had a couple broken windows, slider screen was to small, a few ripped screens, large front window had a wrong window panel, items had to be reordered which am told could be weeks before can be fixed. They sent someone out a couple time to fix issues and he forgot to do a few things so had to come back also forgot to turn in items I mentioned to be fixed. The installers were quick for it being a big job and were kind and courteous. We didn't like how the transaction was processed. We were charged for half the windows before we even got them installed. We just weren't happy with how we were billed.

Installed new door on Friday and install team did a horrible job. They damaged the door and panel and tried to cover it up with putty. The clean up was terrible, we need to discuss with supervisor at your soonest

Have to replace 4 windows as 1 was cracked, 1 has moisture between glass, 1 has defect inside glass and 1 has broken latch. Screens on side of big windows don't fit properly and the security latch won't pop out as window is not set properly. No quality for the expensive price

Materials didn’t show up on time, the outside of the door was the wrong color, the door opening is not right because the door touches the frame at the top but has good clearance at the bottom, they didn’t send enough men to complete the siding job properly (a couple of things are not completed and there is still a bunch of trash in mt yard) my coach lights on the garage don’t work, just to name the more obvious flaws. I do have hopes that they will fix these things but for now, I am NOT satisfied!

Windows are great but no drop cloths were used and we are left with paint specks, grout marks and nails left on carpets and our hardwood floors. Also my sofa table was used as a catch all for used wood scraps and is very scratched.

The windows themselves are exactly what we wanted. Installation was a hot mess.

Screens on the windows all were not perfect for how much we paid for them. They buckle out so it doesn’t seal all the way shut.

Trim was sticky plastic rollout tape with a 2 year warentee after 2 years U have to replace the tape at you have to pay for on a 5400..00 2 window

I was lied to either directly or by omission in a couple of instances. First, the salesperson lied to me by omission by not telling me that the windows I needed to replace were Champion windows. The windows I replaced are EXACT replicas of the new windows. I only bought my home Sept, 2024 and have no idea how old the previous windows were. However, they had mold in the tracks and at the seams where the windows meet and frosted up on the inside whenever it was extremely cold. It appears they hadn't been maintained but since your windows are "guaranteed" for life, I'm not sure I would have purchased new ones. I was lied to directly by the person setting up the installation as he said he was scheduling extra people. He told me it would only take them 4 - 5 hours. Only 2 people showed up and it took them 2 days. The people who installed the windows worked steadily but didn't clean up after themselves inside. They didn't lay tarps or drop cloths on the ground outside to catch the vinyl pieces that broke off from the windows they removed and left without cleaning up that mess. They installed the screens incorrectly on 6 windows (they didn't fit tight to the window so there were gaps to allow bugs in) and installed one screen with a 3 1/2 gash in it. The only saving grace in all of this was the service agent (Khandice) who responded immediately to my initial review and complaints about the screens, empathized with my frustration and anger, and scheduled service within a week. The service tech who came out reoriented the screens correctly and repaired the ripped screen. He did the best he could with vacuuming up the small vinyl pieces but couldn't get all of them out of the mulched areas. We'll see what's going to be done to correct this.

The Sales Representative either didn't convey my concers about the door jam or the representative who was sent to my house to measure didn't bother to listen because not only was my first door too short, the jam was also not measured correctly and would require either the old trim to be reinstalled or new trim used to finish the door, and for the price I paid was unacceptable. The tech that stopped to measure my door was there for probably two minutes.
