Person who dispatched crew was rude all the time I talked to him. Cameron. Crew was rude when I confronted them about breaking my shower faucet. Would not listen! Spent 35,000 dollars and they didn't even offer to replace a 35 dollar piece in my shower.

I liked how fast they were installed and the quality triple pane my house looks a lot better thank you so much

Install waa quick, they cleaned everything up just the way the salesman said they would. They were very polite, answered our questions, explained how to use the windows. We really couldn't have asked for better.

I’m not patting you on the back you don’t pay your installers enough. I’ve been in construction all my life. He asked what I’d charge to take out and put in the new. $700 would be my bottom dollar. What you pay isn’t enough for the wear and tear on their trucks

The salesman lied to me. He didn't tell me when he should have. The contractor came in and installed a double-glass window, and I was outside watching them. I said I am glad they had a slider beam. It was the main contractor who said, "it's not a slider." He said it isn't. I said it is, and he said it's an up-and-down window. I paid for a slider contract that says, Buy two, get one free, and I got the wrong two I paid for. I have an up-and-down window. I've called Champion of Evansville and another, and I finally got another call. If they treat me right, I will recommend them highly. I will give a good recommendation if they treat me and all the people right. I don't believe in screwing anyone.
