I like my windows! But they aren’t what I wanted. Sale man sold the 3️⃣ windows I wanted 4, all to go up and down I got two up and down and one stupid slide . I want to raise all my windows! When I couldn’t get I tried to cancel and you were to charge me 30% to cancel. No no no I want recommend champion and your ethics all because I didn’t get a simple for one to pull up. Ain’t that a shame

Very professional and knowledgeable. Informed me of what to expect every step of way from purchase to final installation. Answered all my questions satisfactorily. Installation was efficient and looks great.

Jeremy is the most unprofessional person. He’s rude and a flat out liar.
Leaving a hole in the wall is unacceptable. Salesman was great. He could sell ice to Eskimos and beach property in the desert, however he I think intentionally gave me inaccurate information.
I hope the windows are good. The installers were pleasant.
The overall experience was crap. I recommend Anderson windows or anyone except Champion.

What didn't I like! Everything was above expectations.

60% reduction in viewable glass on the half round windows. Nearly an inch gap in the original opening which was filled with foam to hide it. Not necessarily the Columbia location fault, but should have made it known that their windows are tiny compared to the originals. When I told the local management the windows were not acceptable, he said "read your contract, Just put them in your garage if you don't want them" Unfortunately it was too late to order IGUs as installer had already cut out the support necessary to simply replace the glass.

I really like my new Sliding Glass Door and am enjoying the ease of opening and closing the doors, I have also noticed that my AC is kicking on less often, so I assume my energy usage is going to be less.
The installation went smoothly, the installers arrived on time and I could tell that the installation team were very competent and experienced!

We love the quality of our new windows. The windows reduce alot of the outside noise and probably all of the summer heat. Our installation was completed on 11/08/2024, so we haven't had the windows during the winter months yet, but we are sure the windows will serve us well for all seasons.

Installation issue

We love our new siding. It was a pleasure doing business with Champion from start to finish. Communications was great and the install by Josh and crew was fantastic.

This is my third time using champion and this time they didn't measure one of my big windows accurately resulting in having to order. One to the smaller windows had an etch in it,
They examined it and said it would be reordered and should be in November 2nd, per Jeremy. However,
On October 16th the larger window was installed and I asked what was the status on the smaller window.
I received a different answer this time a work order was put in to replace the glass. How is that possible for ensuring window properly sealed.

On Sep 3 or thereabouts, when windows were initially installed, all windows were taken out, however, the big picture window didn't fit resulting in replacing my old window.
When Hurricane Milton come through, water came in the improper replaced window and wet my hard wood floor and my Chinese Persian rug.
I put down towels to soak up water but my rug was water damaged.
Jeremy said he would send pictures to the insurance but now he said that Gabriel is responsible. I entered into contract with Champion.
It appears that I am getting evasive answers regarding my rug.
No one seems to want to address it inlay Jeremy making promises

Honestly don’t know. Would depend on what my friend is looking for, I’d recommend based on quality of windows but not on speed of completion, and the install mistake really gave me concerns.

From the prompt response on the same day we called! The continued updates from Jeremy to let us know about our windows! The quality product .And the crews excellent service and quality workmanship! Excellent pricing! We highly recommend Champion Windows

Recommendations have been made to a few friends but none are ready at this time to purchase.

The garden window we ordered was not as described when installed. Despite lack of clarity/incorrect information given about this window, Champion refused to even compromise with us on the cost of replacing the window in question with a simpler, cheaper window.

The entire experience was very positive. The salesperson’s presentation was excellent and the installers couldn’t have been any more professional knowledgeable and friendly.

Excellent and professional. From the initial meeting with the sales person to the installers and follow up, everything was top notch. Especially impressed with the installers. They were efficient, quick, professional, courteous and extremely clean. Installed 20 windows in one day and left our home clean when they left.
