Door was ordered and installed professionally and efficiently.

Champion of Columbia provides very good quality. Their designs are god. When they make a mistake, they always fix it. Their guarantee is also very good. I had something fail after 10–15 years, and they still replaced them for me. I am very satisfied with Champion of Columbia.

Happy with results. The glass clearly deflects UV / heat as marketed. We were impressed with the sound reduction too. We've already had some high wind gusts and everything held tight.

Awesome windows, easy to use.

It was presented to me very well. He didn't use many crutch words while presenting. I didn't want to buy, but I did want quality windows, so I bought them. The biggest reason is that he came on a Saturday during Memorial Day weekend. Most of the competition was going to schedule next week. So he won by being available to come.

Communication with customer

Hard the tempered glass installed backwards, and 3 times to get the transoms windows. I think your quality control needs some work.

I like my windows! But they aren’t what I wanted. Sale man sold the 3️⃣ windows I wanted 4, all to go up and down I got two up and down and one stupid slide . I want to raise all my windows! When I couldn’t get I tried to cancel and you were to charge me 30% to cancel. No no no I want recommend champion and your ethics all because I didn’t get a simple for one to pull up. Ain’t that a shame

Jeremy is the most unprofessional person. He’s rude and a flat out liar.
Leaving a hole in the wall is unacceptable. Salesman was great. He could sell ice to Eskimos and beach property in the desert, however he I think intentionally gave me inaccurate information.
I hope the windows are good. The installers were pleasant.
The overall experience was crap. I recommend Anderson windows or anyone except Champion.

What didn't I like! Everything was above expectations.

60% reduction in viewable glass on the half round windows. Nearly an inch gap in the original opening which was filled with foam to hide it. Not necessarily the Columbia location fault, but should have made it known that their windows are tiny compared to the originals. When I told the local management the windows were not acceptable, he said "read your contract, Just put them in your garage if you don't want them" Unfortunately it was too late to order IGUs as installer had already cut out the support necessary to simply replace the glass.

I really like my new Sliding Glass Door and am enjoying the ease of opening and closing the doors, I have also noticed that my AC is kicking on less often, so I assume my energy usage is going to be less.
The installation went smoothly, the installers arrived on time and I could tell that the installation team were very competent and experienced!

We love the quality of our new windows. The windows reduce alot of the outside noise and probably all of the summer heat. Our installation was completed on 11/08/2024, so we haven't had the windows during the winter months yet, but we are sure the windows will serve us well for all seasons.
