Production timeline, poor follow-up and installation scheduling.

There is little to no communication between the company and the customer after you make the purchase. The first day I took off to get my windows installed they were measure incorrectly and couldn't be installed. I wasn't contacted again for almost a month so I didn't know what was going to be done about the windows until I got received a phone call to schedule a time to install windows. I still haven't received any office contact information for champion so I don't know who I'm supposed to call if I have any issues. The lack of communication and updates are offputting and no communication after an issue on the first install is extremely unprofessional and makes it hard for me to want to recommend working with this company.

On the first install day I realized we were told wrong information during the sales pitch. Back and forth trying to get our issues resolved but realize now it is too late and what we thought would be installed isn’t even possible with this company.

While your product is very good, the price still seams high. If I had not gotten the promotional discount I would not have purchased these windows.

They were very neat tidy and very professional they was in and out and about an hour and a half and was very kind and courteous the whole time they was here clean up all their mess and my windows look beautiful

Our existing windows were extremely poor and heating and cooling bills were intolerable. I signed a contract on Sept 16 that stated installation would be in 10 weeks (before winter). My windows were not installed until April 15. We went through $1200 of propane throughout the winter. The sliding glass door opens on the wrong side. The front bedroom window next to the front door was never included on the sales contract.

Bowling Green had a great salesman. However they do not have a storefront yet, we had to deal with Louisville which was terrible. Thankfully after numerous phone calls Nashville was able to complete our job.
